Super 8 by Wyndham Norwich

Even though the hotel is outdated, the rooms were very clean. Linens clean. I was pleasantly surprised. It’s close to shopping. There is a farmers market and hamburger/ice cream stand across the street. Refrigerator in microwave in the room along with all of the normal amenities. I was not able to stream on TV because they only have cable. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Average water pressure.

My only complaint is something that’s not the hotels fault. They do allow pets and there was a very energetic husky above my room. Our friendly husky calm down at about 11 PM so I was able to get sleep.

It is an overall friendly motel, and it's kept clean and tidy! They were prompt an willing to change our room with an outside creature noise issue with NO issues! They also moved the recliner to that other room, which was going above and beyond 😊🤗. The fresh towel service was good and accommodating. The huge nature picture on the wall at the head of the bed brought a awesome sense of healing and peace of mind 😊💕. Oh oh oh the iron board and iron provided was grand and their unlimited coffee was super!!!

Fantastic staff kept the place very clean and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was quite impressive, I was only expecting some toast and a muffin, but they had juice, cereal, tea, fruit, waffles, yogurt, toast, and coffee. I found it quiet and peaceful. There was a smell of cigarettes in the hall, but our non-smoking room was fine. For a cheaper hotel, this one really impressed me with the quality. This was a good value for the money, but it was a good stay regardless of the price. I do recommend it.

We stay at Super 8 for Chenango Blues Festival every year. It’s perfect. Quiet when you want to get some sleep, beds are comfortable, staff is very friendly and helpful. We have stayed at some other places in the past but in my view Super 8 is the best choice!

Spending some of 20th anniversary trip here! Very quiet! Ac works awesome in the room. Very clean when we arrived!! Wish they had pamphlets to all restaurants that delivered. Don't mind going out to eat anyways..not sure if anyone is roomed next to us or below us or across the hallway but can't hear anyone else, which we love it quiet! I would absolutely stay again!

Everything about my stay here was amazing!!! The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the place was very comfortable! I could not get over how soft the pillows were and the quality of the bed! For this proce, everything was way beyond my expectations! I will definitely be staying with this business again!!!

I have always loved this hotel super 8, I have been coming here quite a few times just to break away from where I do stay at. They always seem to treat me nice. Anything that you need they will get it for you or else coming to fix any kind of problem right away. I'm here at Wyndham hotel again super 8, and this is the poorest service I have gotten this makes two times, I arranged for a smoking room last night, I get here and they say they don't have a smoking room for me, I have to go out side the door to go smoke cigarette, so I went ahead and also got two cans of soda, since they don't have a soda machine, hey hey, and I hand over a 20 to pay for the cans of soda, and then the lady at the desk asked me if I had anything smaller than a 20, I said no I don't, so then I said what happens if I want more sodas later, the lady just shrugs her shoulders at me, and I said I guess I had to take a taxi to go to the store to get sodas, and again she shrugs her shoulders, it pisses me off, never again.

Good hospitality great service and their work with you and all your needs ,good place, they will make you feel like you at home , and there for you, a home ,away from home ,Iam saying you are in good hands with them, enjoying your stay and enjoy your day.... The greatest place and the people are there for you, at super 8. Thank God we got great people working at super 8.

nice rooms. dont expect more than just above average. but its clean quiet and very affordable. enjoy . there is a nice strip of few bars and head shops with delta 8

Very friendly. Loved the lady on 3rd shift. About 1115 pm my car had an accident. Causing us not to be able to use it there was no tow truck or car rental place available. The police flat out said he can't help me at all. I called one hotel and they referred me to super 8. The lady talked with me on the phone and got me, my best friend, two kids and our dog a room for the night. Thank you for helping us in a super crappy situation.

Nice and clean. Would recommend it here. Nice area, not too populated. The room could use more outlets as we had to buy a power strip and extension cord.
