I have been going to this shop for about 10 years, the consistency and professionalism is above any shop I have visited in the past. plus they are incredibly speedy. I doubt I'll be searching for any other mechanics any time soon. They have always come in clutch. If you want a solid team of professional mechanics, look no further!

I love coming here. Not only bc I can walk around the corner to my house after I drop the car off but the guys here are honest. I trust to drop off my car and know I’m not going to be ripped off by being charged for services or parts that I don’t need. A+ service all the way around.

One of the best garages I've ever dealt with. I know enough about car repairs to know they are straight shooters who do quality work and don't overcharge. Always polite and respectful on the phone and in person.....which is unusual for your average grease monkey. Happy customer for about 5 years now. I highly recommend this business!

Went there for inspection (6/2/23). My guy retired and I was forced to find someone else to do my inspection. My friend recommended Don & Jim's and said they are great. I called them, set up an appointment, dropped my truck off and it was done in 30 min. Awesome people to work with. I'll be going back.

Amazing!!! The workers and management here are so kind and fast every time I bring my car in it’s in and out they never give me a issue and never change me a arm and a leg definitely a place to bring your vehicle they are awesome!

If you're looking at reviews for a place that does fair business and won't do you dirty this is the spot!! Took my girlfriend's car in for an inspection, Needed new front breaks. They offered a more than fair price but were also completely okay with me having it done on my own! (Didn't pressure on me to have it done in-house that day) Once I got the break job completed they got me right back in. Absolutely great experience and a more than trustworthy place to bring your vehicle!

These guys are awesome! They are always so friendly and go above and beyond. I have been going to them for years and have always been happy the service. I work in the automotive industry and have an option to get discounts at other service centers but an honest and good mechanic are hard to come by. I would 110% recommend these guys to anyone! Keep up the good work guys!

Luckily for us, we live in walking distance to them! We have recently had a bunch of unfortunate car trouble due to pesky mice thinking the wires were their dinner. And not once but twice. They were great, accommodating, and honest. They also are great with their communication. Personally I think there are some really good mechanics in West Seneca, but this place makes the top of the list for us. We have also taken our cars in for standard NYS inspections, no complaints there. And for filling tires when we have a flat which happens allllll the time to us. Anyway.. check them out next time you need help with a vehicle, there's a reason they are always busy!!

It seems silly to post a review of a car inspection but I was so happy with my experience I had to share, especially considering that I found this shop via positive reviews on google. I made an appointment online and showed up a little early only to learn that the online appointment reservation didn’t work. I thought I would be forced to reschedule, but instead I was able to leave my car and keep the appointment. Just a few hours later I got a call that it had passed and was ready for pickup. The previous two shops I went to in recent years (including one my family has gone to for decades) always try to convince me to get work done when it isn’t actually needed. He told me I would need new brake pads and rotors soon, but they weren’t an immediate concern. I appreciated the straightforward and efficient feedback - they’ve gained a customer for life thanks to great customer service! Thank you!

Quality service, good prices, and great customer service. I spent about two weeks trying to find someone who could work on my car, wish I had found this shop sooner. I had a diagnosis and price before noon, and they let me keep the car in the shop while they waited for parts and then fixed it. Best part of the experience was that I paid less than I was initially told the cost would be. Highly recommend this shop.

Don & Jims are my go-to any time I need work done on my car. I try to do what I can on my own, but whenever I need professional help they have been the best option. They won't try to up-sell you on something you don't need like a few of the other shops around town. They are honest, hardworking, and very friendly. I've been going to them for years now, I seriously can't recommend them enough! Trust me, you will be very pleased with the service they provide.

Very good and honest mechanics. After a dealership gave me a run around and couldn't find the cause of my issues, I took my truck to Don and Jim's. An hour later they called and had the problem figured out.

Another time I took it in for break pads and inspection. They called to inform me the inspection was all set and that I didn't need breaks yet.

With 38,000 miles on my Jeep, I assumed I needed to replace my tires before I turned in the car at the end of my lease. I stopped by Don & Jim’s to have them confirm the tires would fail the turn-in inspection and I was prepared to spend upwards of $750 for 4 new tires. To my surprise, Pat told me the tires were fine and did not need to be replaced. I have never spent a dime there and was an unknown customer who would not have questioned if they told me the tires wouldn’t pass inspection. I will be happy to support their business in the future after being treated so well my first time there.

I go there for all my vehicle work. Great job and fair prices. They also gave me a break on some work when they heard my father passed away. Thank guys

Can't say enough about these guys! I had an inspection fail for control arms and I needed new brakes. Got me in asap and passed my inspection for free! Mike ran out of time to realign my wheels that day, so he gave me that for free too! Would recommend to anyone
