FoJo Beans

This is a very on trend coffee shop as it is a casual, cozy space with soft chairs in configurations of two or three that are situated so you feel somewhat private. Some tables of 4 seats and a window bar with high seats to watch street traffic. Nice brick walls and homey chalkboard menus.

In another room are bags of roasted coffee ready to be custom ground.

Limited food options. Open early in the morning.

My first order of Fojo Beans just arrived. Tried the Harried Philospher which arrived perfectly ground for my home espresso maker. Wow. So good. Just started a batch of cold brew with America’s Radical, again perfectly ground to my request (this time course for cold brew). Thanks!!

Great local college hangout and coffee place on the main drag in Hamilton. They take their coffee very seriously here, the owner was walking around educating customers on the vagaries of various coffee appellations. Plenty of space to hang out and enjoy your coffee and read or study. They also serve food - pastries, sandwiches etc that are good too, and they make smoothies.

Amazing place with great staff! The owner took the time to explain anything we wanted to know and accommodate room for us. I look forward to coming here every trip we take to Hamilton! Delicious cappuccino as well🥰👏

I had a latte here, and it was excellent. Service was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was great...and they have tables outside to enjoy the nice weather! I'm looking forward to going back soon to try the food. The menu has some vegetarian and vegan options.

Delicious sandwiches, great desserts/pastries from local bakeries, various coffee and tea drinks. Nice atmosphere.

I went in to buy some samples for my daughter, who wanted to give them as a gift to her host teacher. I am old redneck who's idea of good coffee is hot and cheap. Their coffee roaster was a very pleasant and very helpful young woman, that was amazing to deal with and exceptionally helpful. The baristas ( cashier's) were also very pleasant and helpful. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend going.

Best atmosphere and great service but the food is truly the star of the show. If you are lucky enough to meet the owners, make sure to have a convo about the menu because they really have put so much into ethical sourcing and shopping local to produce some of the best food in Hamilton. I recommend the breakfast sandwich and oat milk latte, love this place so much!

Absolutely amazing!
The atmosphere is friendly, the renovations are simply beautiful and the workers are quick to answer any questions you may have!

Their coffee is incredible! They'll happily hand press any cup you ask for and their tea selection is packed! It can seem a bit overwhelming but don't be scared to ask about them!

I'm no coffee connoisseur- but my mocha latte was pretty good- not as sweet as I've had at some other places. The Brie and Pineapple grilled cheese was AH-MAY-ZING! The service and ambiance was very pleasant- I only wish there was a sign or something to tell you that you're expected to bus your own table- my sister happened to notice a bin on the trash can so she asked or we would have just left our stuff on the table.

We ordered Fojo Beans for our Wedding Brunch. Working with Dan, he allowed me to order exactly the amount that I needed. We got coffee, two types of bagels, and three types of cream cheese! All of them were delicious. There was a slight hiccup with our order, but Dan Joseph took the incredibly generous step of driving to our venue to deliver the missing item. We really appreciated that and were very happy with our order!

Great coffee and yummy breakfast sandwiches. Friendly staff. Pleasant seating, including outside back patio and sidewalk tables. Just wish they would open earlier - I'd like to have my coffee before 9am. =)

Excellent coffee. They will do "Pour Over", or "Air Press" any of their coffee choices. They also have a daily selection of already brewed coffee. (Note: They roast all their own beans!) They have a nice selection of pastries. The breakfast & lunch menu is not large, but had really nice variety. We had the Pulled Pork sandwich & the Chicken and Biscuit. Both tasted marvelous. Multiple, distinct flavors in both!

Visiting Hamilton and upstate New York for a family event, I didn’t realize how little options there are for vegans. This place was amazing and the food was top notch for both vegans and non vegans in our party. Thank you for saving my trip whilst other places in town blatantly lie about what’s in their “vegetarian” options that contain meat.

Delightful, trendy coffee & tea shop. Owner was very happy to educate you on his blends and mixtures. Atmosphere was lovely and comfy. Lots of locals and visitors in and out. Coffee was delicious

Awesome place - great coffee selection, even better tea selection. Food is surprisingly fancy and is GREAT! Plates are small, so dont plan to share. Better for a snack than a full meal. They're open late so enjoy some afternoon or after work coffee!

These guys and their team are truly amazing. Their coffee is my absolute favorite. Try them all! Im delighted to be able to have a cup in their own shop finally! Friendly owners, friendly staff, friendly customers. Overall a great place to stop and have a cup of the best coffee.

My fiancé and I have been to Fojo Beans twice now throughout our travels through Hamilton and loved it! The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the coffee/tea is amazing. We also got breakfast there and it was so good! I would definitely recommend stopping by and grabbing a drink and snack.

Wonderful food and friendly service. The kids’ tomato basil soup rivaled what they said was their favorite in Carmel, CA. The mango smoothie was the best ever per the 16-year-old. Hope to go back.
