Jason (Jay) was very pleasant and helpful, I also appreciated his patience. The entire staff we're very friendly and attentive. Great team ! I was in the Stuyvesant store to replace my phone.

My wife and I recently switched to T-Mobile from two separate carriers and couldn’t be happier with the service. We had some difficulty switching from a business to personal account, but Cortez and the entire team were extremely helpful in assisting us with the transition. Huge thanks to everyone at the Stuyvesant Plaza location. Highly recommend.

This is the best T-Mobile store in the capital region. My family has gotten phenomenal service and it was a quick and easy experience! Joe and Ashley were extremely helpful!

This store is the absolute best!!! I went to this store yesterday for assistance in returning 4 devices that I had been provided upon moving to T-Mobile two weeks prior. Unfortunately due to where I live, T-Mobile could not meet my service needs. After several hours of trying to work with the customer care representatives at the 800 number to end my service and get a label to return the devices, I was told to go to a local store for assistance in returning the devices. I have to say, the entire experience with T-Mobile prior to entering this physical store was absolutely awful. The problem started with the representative that I spoke with over the telephone at the 800 number who told me this service would work at my home, but indeed it does not. I am incredibly thankful for the individuals that work at this location. Morgan and Rob as well as several other individuals, assisted me in returning the devices. They truly went above and beyond to handle the situation and I was so thankful for what they did. I truly can’t recall the last time I had a customer service experience in any industry that was even close to this positive . I do wish that T-Mobile had better service at my house so that I could continue to work with them. In particular, I would definitely utilize this store for my needs. I think it’s important for people to make the distinction between working with representatives at the 800 number and working with individuals face-to-face, particularly in this store. Had I started with a face-to-face interaction with T-Mobile in the store, I feel I would’ve been told the honest answer that they don’t provide good enough service in the remote area in which I live. As T-Mobile continues to make improvements on their coverage in more remote areas, I will absolutely consider going back to them, and would go into the store to do my business. Thank you again for your help. You have no idea how much it made a difference and I am truly grateful.

Great Service and great customer service . Said good bye to Verizon after almost 25 years. Because T mobile surpassed them in price and customer service and especially grateful to them for the internet and saying goodbye to Spectrum after 30 years and dishing out a small fortune. Thank you T mobile for all you do and gave me.

I have been a long time customer of this store. The store and staff is very welcoming upon arrival.

I have worked with Marc and Morgan on my visits and they have always taken care of my transactions efficiently.

I will say the staff always provides "Best in Class" service to their clients. Keep up the great work and thank you for staying past closing time to finish my transaction it is appreciated.

I spoke with a man named Dennis. He was phenomenal! The way he answered the phone immediately put me in a cheery mood. He was very professional, personable, and easy to talk to. He gave me detailed answers without talking too long. The best customer service experience I've ever had!

Dennis was very helpful and multi tasked. He has to be a valued employee here. He smiles and laughs a lot. I will come to this store instead of the Latham store. Call me sometime. I will describe my experience there.

Dennis was very helpful. I came in with 2 new SIM cards and no clue how to activate my new service. He not only completed the entire process for us.but he also explained every step along the way. He tested the new service too. He was very professional and patient with us and made switch to TMobile a great experience.

I went in today to get a new phone and had a great experience. Though Dennis helped me through my transaction all the staff in the store at the time were very helpful and had my best interest in mind. I would recommend this location due to their efficiency and patience. Thank you again guys!!

Andrew provided great customer service. He helped us get an phone upgrade and offered us great deals and we ended up getting a smart watch for my son. He was also kind enough to upgrade our sims and was patient and kind throughout the whole process. We’ve been loyal T-mobile customers for years and have been to several stores but Stuyvesant Plaza was the best so far. Keep up the great job!👍👍

The customer service at this store was great. Robert was the associate who helped me and he had a great attitude and was very patient with me during the long process of transferring my number. I would highly recommend going to this store if you value friendliness and customer service.

I stopped in to see about changing to T-mobile. Haley Winne talked with me & explained my options. She then emailed me a ton of information related to my questions. She is so helpful and very nice to talk with. So glad I stopped in that store today

I stopped in to the Tmobile store in Stuyvesant Plaza today to resolve a billing question - the problem was NOT the fault of this Tmobile store but rather the one in Crossgates Mall. Luke was able to correct the problem and was very friendly and professional. I was very pleased with the customer service I received in this store and will return when ready for an upgrade.

Marc, helped me get my account fixed in less than 10 minutes. I was with Sprint and just switched to T-Mobile this past weekend and a few things did not get switched over and was making me crazy.

Marc was awesome and I was fixed and out the door in less than 10 min. This location was always my go to place to get service or questions answered

Best retail service we’ve had anywhere in a long time.

I went in after being in the phone with customer service the day before for hours about issues with my phone. Dennis is very knowledgeable and I left a happy camper.
