I'd love to have Papa John's pizza again but you're not on any delivery apps I use. Please get on either door dash, Uber eats or GrubHub. I fell in love with your chicken, bacon ranch pizza in Florida but haven't had it since then cause I live in Cohoes, NY& you don't deliver over here.

Delicious and hot pizza everytime you order. Very fresh and the dough was the best bread I ever had. The people are always smiling and happy. Waiting time is there on weekends but you cant wait if you want the best pizza in albany as they are so busy. A must try is their Buffalo chicken pizza. Online deals are the best. I recently ordered a pizza from Papa Johns in Albany just before I sat down to watch the football game. Delivery of the pizza was on time and was extremely delicious. Moreover that garlic sauce is awesome. Its the best pizza i have eaten so far. In Albany, I can depend on Papa Johns every-time! You will feel like you are in Pizza heaven.

Amazing Taste, best pizza in the town, 100/100.... Nice slices guys, very huge slices as a matter of fact. hope to visit you again soon. If you are ever in Albany, one of the few places to visit you will not be disappointed. They have special desserts cookies and brownies....I like new parking arrangements for CARRYOUT CUSTOMERS

The measurement of cleanness is well maintained. The only Pizza location that use hand gloves while slapping & Topping Pizzas.

Shockingly good pizza at a good price and fast and open late! Thank you Papa John's for accomodating those of us who do not dine before 9 to 10 pm! I frequent the one across from St. Peter's hospital in Albany.

My pizza which had ground beef on it and my honey chipotle wings were so delicious and the delivery time was quick cudos to the team that worked tonight you guys Rock💯👏🏾👏🏾

Let me say that although I have always been happy with the service from this location, what prompted me to write this review is how they handled a complaint: I placed an order that included 2 20-oz. drinks. I received all of my food, but only 1 of the drinks. I placed a call to the restaurant and they sent me my 2nd drink. No fussiness, no anger, no attitude or anything like that. It was just listening to me as a customer and delivering the missing piece of my order. I was pleased with that customer service and that is why, in addition to my overall satisfaction with my experience at this location, that I am leaving a (5 star) review. As a customer, I appreciate being listened to and having this location complete my order, which will continue to earn them my business. Thank you for your excellent customer service tonight.

I love coming here. Always quick, food is good. But the foot traffic is wild, and out of control.

Just ordered a delivery from here and I'm seriously impressed! The pizza was fantastic! I especially like their Mediterranean Pizza. Way better than any chain pizza I've ever had, and I've tried them all. Even better than most, if not all local pizza places in Albany. The delivery guy was extremely nice as well, and gave me a great coupon for running just a tad late (still a shorter amount of time than local pizza places). Definitely my new go-to place for pizza.

The pizza is always good at 571 , New Scotland Avenue, Albany, As they are always busy when I go in there so they must be doing something right. Absolutely best staff I've ever dealt with in my years of fast food. Offered us a deal of extra large pie bread sticks and soda. Best (corporate) pizza I had in a very long time. 5 stars all around.
