His knowledge and communication makes you feel like a valued customer while he goes the extra mile for your cars service. Best car repair shop in the area! They do great work and are very honest and affordable. The service is outstanding! I went for an oil change elsewhere and was told I needed $2600 in repairs. The folks at Athol checked everything and all I needed was rear brake pads. We won’t go anywhere else for repairs!

Beyond accommodating, fair and honest. Jeff goes the extra mile when it comes to helping his customers. Will not recommend this place enough. Old fashioned customer service at its finest!

We took our Volvo here for engine trouble and they were absolutely phenomenal. They got the car in quick even though we hadn't been there before, and they were informative, quick with the repair and super friendly. We have found our honest, reasonably priced mechanic in Buffalo and won't be taking our car anywhere else!

A co-worker recommended Jeff and his crew to me after he had taken his Mini coop to them for an oil leak. Ironically i had an oil leak similar to his on my Audi A6. I took my car to him and they did an amazing job. Took it back to him for a couple of other things but NEVER took it back for the same issue. They do their job CORRECT the first time and treat u with professionalism and fairness and are truthful. I recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced for a fair price.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. My son who goes to school in Buffalo has had issues with car for while. When he brought the car, they took there time to figure out exactly what was wrong with the car. Also fact that I’m 8 hours away living in Long Island and having to everything over phone and not being able to go there. The trust factor was out of this world. What absolutely great people are service. I recommend anyone needing work done on their car to go there. Once again great place!!

Jeff took care of me. I had an issue with my Range Rover’s air suspension and it was fixed.
You need to schedule an appointment around couple of weeks upfront as they are usually busy.

The dealership and another mechanic said that I needed close to $2000 in repairs. These guys actually took the time to do everything properly and test the parts that supposedly needed to be replaced. One of the parts was perfectly fine, and the other part just needed to be cleaned. They saved me thousands of dollars!

I can't say enough good about these guys. I had a hard time finding anyone in the area that would rebuild my motor. Athol went above and beyond what I expected. Price was reasonable and kept in contact. Highly recommend
