Absolutely love the vibes in this establishment and their others! Brenden and Britty have taken the breakfast & pastry moto to an entire new level!

Best bagels I’ve ever tried, and we spent a lot of time in New York. Personally, the rugalach pastries make my mornings Wednesday- Sunday- especially before Zen Den pilates :P

Grab a cup of coffee while you’re at it! Their baristas are expert at their craft, and the spicy mocha is short of life changing.

Everything here is delicious! We drive 45 minutes just for their baked goods. The only "bad" thing I would say is that it's ALWAYS packed. Maybe open a second register?

Great spot to get coffee drinks, bakery goods and chill in the cafe. Especially liked the chocolate tahini. Croissant.. worth the splurge!

Flour & Salt is a gem to the community at large. I live in Clinton and will absolutely drive the 25 minutes over for a great breakfast. I'm also from downstate and can confirm these bagels are great! The chocolate chip cookies are also a family favorite. Britty and Brandon love their community and it shows in their businesses. Great food, great atmosphere, great people.

This place is such a gem in Hamilton. Go for the bagels, but purchase a pastry or a cookie for later. You won't regret it. The coffee is always fresh and hot (if ordering that way). Save a step and order via the website, as it is much easier and you collect rewards points. I am so glad to have a place like this close to home.

Picked up a slice of their chocolate cake at lunch today. I was just expecting some regular cake but it took one bite in and I
was completely blown away. I thought I knew good chocolate cake but clearly I stand corrected. Thanks for the yummiest chocolate cake I’ve ever had. Will be coming back again - ASAP. 🍰

Food was delicious! Especially the bagels! This was one of the best experiences I've had with cafes in New York. (I'm only here visiting family) I loved this place so much and I would definitely go out of my way to go again if I'm ever near by! Sadly I didn't get any pictures because my food was in my stomach before I could 😂😂

I was expecting a simple college town bistro as Hamilton is home to Colgate. I was wrong. It was comforting, welcoming, friendly, and the food (made in a neighboring building) was fantastic. If I lived in any of the nearby towns this would be my go-to place for brunch or any darn reason. Try it! You will not regret it.

This is one of my favorite little spots in Hamilton. Not only are their bagels amazing, but their service is one step better! I look forward to going in every weekend for my breakfast. The line can be long sometimes, but their food is completely worth the wait and it just shows other love this place as much as I do!

This is a local favorite. Fresh bagels can be enjoyed as is or crafted into a variety of tasty sandwiches. Pastries, cookies, scones, and other goodies will tempt you. Coffee and tea can be prepared to your liking. If you frequent this place enough you might consider joining their rewards program to earn an occasional free drink. Shirts and hats celebrating the bakery are available. Service is friendly and reasonably fast considering their popularity.

A gem to the town of Hamilton. The bagels are incredible (honestly, anywhere else I get a bagel I compare to this place. So far they're better than NYC, Long Island, and CT bagels). The rosemary salt is always my go-to. Had a cake made for my father's birthday a few years ago and it was perfect. This place is a must try.

I am convinced that this small town bakery has the best bagels in New York. I travel to NYC often and always try different delis and bagel shops. None are as good as what Flour and Salt produces! The owners are usually on site, working along happily with the employees. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You will not be disappointed!

Easily the best biscuit that I've had in a while. The honeybee coffee is delicious, and the cafe's space is elegant and laptop-friendly. What an excellent (and surprising) find in a town this size.

This is our favorite breakfast spot. Amazing food, stellar service, and a laid back but classy vibe. There's a reason there is always a line and it's worth the wait!

This is an incredible business. The staff is caring, kind and compassionate. Always professional, and always at-the-ready to help and support our local community. Their menu is delicious as a whole. I don’t think I could pick a favorite. Everything they make is top notch! I would highly recommend them to anyone who hasn’t tried the !

Flour and Salt is my favorite place to get a great breakfast. The Hal and The Jenny are both some of my favorite sandwiches to get. The service here has always been friendly to my family and I, and the place itself has a nice and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Flour and Salt to anyone who wants good food!!!
