Before we met Steve, we had a difficult time believing that anyone could sell our house. Steve assured us that he would work his hardest to sell our house, and he kept his promise. He was knowledgeable and very responsive. He answered all of our questions and when he didn't know the answer to something, he actively sought the answer for us. Stephen Strickland is an amazing realtor! He helped us list our home at a great price and sold at what we wanted. He has a great crew that took a video and pictures for the listing. Gave us great advice that helped the pictures & video. He was able to close our home very quickly. We did have a bad bump at the end of our road (due to the buyers), but Stephen Strickland fought hard and resolved our issue. Stephen helped my husband and I find our first home. We met him at an open house and he made a great first impression. He was very helpful throughout the entire process. He was there to answer any questions or concerns we had and got back to us immediately. He helped us find the home inspector, insurance agent, and information on flood zoning. He worked with our attorney and mortgage company to make sure we closed on time so we wouldn't lose the rate we had locked in. Stephen definitely went above and beyond his job. My wife and I were completely clueless and very much intimidated about the whole process of buying a house, but after our first conversation with Stephen we felt inspired and hopeful. He stood by our sides through the whole process and always had well-informed answers. Once Stephen found us our dream home, we discovered the selling bank required us to close in three weeks. My wife and I became very discouraged, but Stephen kept our spirits high and gave us excellent recommendations for an inspector, attorney and loan officer. This was my first home buying experience and I had no idea what I was doing. I was extremely lucky to have been introduced to Stephen. Regardless of what barriers or obstacles we met, he never made me feel like he was giving up. He never pushed me to buy something because we had seen 10 or 20  houses already. He made it a point that he was there to find my home not any house but "my home". His recommendations from lawyers to inspectors were top notch. The thing about Stephen is he never made the experience feel transactional, I always felt as if it was my close friend or family member who was helping me find a home. For different reasons and circumstances it took us a bit longer than usual to find my home, but Stephen never faultered he never gave me the impression that I was a lost cause or that I was not a priority. Which in this day in age with how fast things happen and get done and how we are so accustomed to instant gratification ; I was absolutely emboldened by his patience and perseverance. I could not recommend anyone more professional, courteous, understanding and trustworthy. The personal touch is greatly over looked today. When some one comes along makes you feel like you you are not comprimising on what you are looking for, answers all your questions to the fullest and even explains what you don’t understand. On top of all that emphasizes the importance getting what is best suited to your wants and needs because and i quote (this is a huge life decision and it’s your decision to make) Its hard to think that I almost went to a website and just clicked on a house that I thought was what I wanted.
