Small restaurant with outdoor seating and a small, well-executed menu.

Our waiter was incredibly friendly and recommended their Cuban to me. My SO had the shrimp tacos.

I was a little skeptical of the presentation but all my worries melted away when I took my first bite! It was a delightful combination of flavors that left me wanting more. I could not put the sandwich down until I finished it.

The margaritas were also great!

The food was delicious. It didn't take long to get it. We sat outside, which had a nice off the path feel to it, but our servers were great about checking on us. There was also a tarp overhead, so we didn't get wet even though it started raining.

Went on a Sunday afternoon with a special someone for Mexican food. We both ordered enchiladas with rice and beans. The food was very tasty and we both finished our plates. As a Dominican American, I typically don’t enjoy Mexican rice or beans (mainly due to the texture and not a fan of refried beans) so I was pleasantly surprised how great it tasted. The enchiladas themselves were delicious and packed full of flavor. The margaritas were tasty and definitely had enough tequila in them. Service was also great so not much to complain about. I definitely recommend this place and will be back.

Good afternoon my foodies. This was my first time eating at this establishment and it was amazing. The customer service was great. The food was delicious. Will definitely be returning.

Wonderful group of staff. They make you feel welcomed right away and not like a fish outta water. I’ve dined in once with my husband but also did take out a separate time and both occasions were wonderful and so accommodating! The food is DIVINE.

Really good and flavorful. We had the shrimp fajitas entree and the spicy Mexican fish. Great location and pricing.

This place is hands down my favorite place to get tacos. The carne asada and shrimp tacos are literally to die for. Also the strawberry mojitos are incredible every single time. Anyone looking for great food and drinks make your way over to Dorado!

Staff was very friendly! Food was so good! First time getting take out from this restaurant and the shrimp tacos were bomb! The little salad on the side with the dressing was good too. Will definitely be going back!

Great food and drinks. Street tacos were really good and they had a good selection of drinks as well.
It was full even for a Tuesday night. But seating was first come first served. Tuesday special was street tacos so we definitely went for that. No regrets, it was so good!

What a hidden gem! Passing through Rochester on Labor Day. Seated promptly and served with keen attention. Food was excellent especially the spicy Mexican fish. The Cadillac Margarita was potent and incredible. Loved it. Will be back!!

Moving into #1 spot for best food on Park Avenue. Margaritas are also top tier. Dining area is a little small but only waited a short 10 minutes for the two of us to be seated. I ordered a cast iron enchilada with a flour tortilla which exceeded expectations.

Randomly stopped here on our way back to Buffalo and everything was delicious I'm super picky on queso fundido and they nailed it!

Mojitos were on point! The brisket taco special was the best thing I have put in my mouth all week. Service was great and there wasn't an empty seat in the place. On top of it the owner is a deadhead...bonus!

Such a great night at Dorado with my friends, but my favorite part was our server Nick. He was so funny and made our night.

If you're debating about a dinner choice don't! This is the best place I've been in months. Great drinks, and great food.

Awesome food! And the staff is super friendly. Close, relaxed atmosphere with outdoor tables as well as a small inside section of casual seating and a very packed bar. Drinks were delicious!

We had a small issue with the food (didn't expect sauce on the fajitas) and it was rapidly taken care of! We didn't even ask, they came over and made it all right without us making a comment! Can't say enough good!

I think the tacos were on homemade tortillas which is great. The margaritas were very good, not too sour but not too sweet either. The chimichanga left something to be desired, but the salmon in a tequila cream sauce was out of this world!

My husband and I eat Dorado a lot (via GrubHub) - it's a go-to we've been able to rely on. I find the place a bit noisy for dinner just because you can't hear your company. The food is good but a bit limited - maybe the kitchen size? I did have one bit of feedback to share with the restaurant: y'all should get some phones! We had a situation today where our entire order was botched and, being the first time in years, we thought we'd just call up and drive over to pick up replacements. Instead the voicemail essentially said that they wouldn't be answering phones, leaving me to get the whole order refunded from GrubHub. Which I didn't wanna do out of respect for the restaurant!
