Conrad New York Downtown

Great hotel in the amazing location. Service is great all around. Breakfast is a must have. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds. And the most amazing thing is the WATER PRESSURE in the shower. The waterfall shower is just an amazing Start and finish off the day. Water filtration system in the room is extremely convenient. Furthermore, hotel provides a nice nice water bottle to take with you. The rooftop bar has great views and drinks. The hotel conveniently located right next to the pier to catch a ferry anywhere you want to go. The Riverwalk right outside the hotel is a great place to take the family out for a walk. Overall an amazing hotel.

I was in NYC for a work trip and had a great stay at Conrad Downtown! It was my first trip to NYC and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Everyone from the bell staff to the front desk & concierge, to the hostess at the restaurant were delightful. I had a great suite with plenty of space and amenities. I enjoyed the free newspaper in the morning with my daily coffee from the cafe bar in the lobby. The location was great and I was able to walk over to the 9/11 memorial pools easily. Tons of good dining & shopping nearby. Excellent stay all around, would definitely choose this hotel again for a work or leisure trip!

A top notch stay! We enjoyed Conrad's impeccable guest service, serene vibe and quite spacious rooms. Our family had adjoining suites for a week. It was awesome to spread out with the kids and have enough room for friends and family to visit us at the hotel. I love the location!! It was very easy to access everything we had planned. When the kids got wound up we went a block over to hit the playgrounds and get in a river walk before bed. We visit often, always prefer staying in Lower Manhattan, and the Conrad is our favorite hotel to date!

Staying here gave us one of the best memories of our trip. The location is excellent, right next to Battery Park, and the room was clean and comfortable, with exceptional service. When we asked for hot water, a staff member came by briefly, and on a whim, we asked if it was possible to use a microwave. The staff member said he would bring one if available. I didn’t expect it to be possible, but a few minutes later, the staff member brought us a microwave. I was genuinely touched by their kindness and the effort to accommodate what might have been a difficult request. I am truly grateful to Conrad Hotel for allowing us to take away such a wonderful memory.

Conrad downtown was a perfect location for me and girlfriend. It wasn’t as busy as Time Square, a lot of cleaner and had quite a few things to do around the area.

The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I’m a Hilton gold member so I was able to get upgraded to the top floor with a river view. That was very nice!

Since it was me and my girlfriend’s anniversary I reached out a few days before arrival and asked if they do anything special for celebrations and they said yes. When we arrived they had a bottle of champagne waiting for us in the room. Very nice touch!

Will definitely be back for our next visit.

Would like to give you a 6 star Rating - the whole stay was absolutely amazing. During our summer vacation we spend 7 nights at the Conrad New York Downtown as part of our east coast tour. Our diamond status was recognized (room upgrade next to F&B credit) and our family was really enjoying the time here. Location is 100% perfect if you have been to 'the crowded' areas of New York before, as here at Downtown you could relax in the evening and rest after your busy day - so everyone who is looking for a modern and upscale hotel - give it a try. Can really recommend it. Thanks a lot.

The time Ilwr stayed in the hotel was for our first visit (except our parents) to New York. I can't believe how impressed I was by this hotel. First of all, location. Sure, it is a little further from Manhattan, but it was a lot quieter and peaceful here than it we stayed in Downtown Manhattan. Very walkable to the 9/11 memorial, and could catch a ferry easily to Jersey City.

The hotel lobby is absolutely amazing. Staff were super-friendly and helpful during check-in and throughout our stay.

For this price, the room was at an amazing value. (Four of us and two beds that I believe are king beds). Only complaint about the room is that the bathroom doors were translucent, and you could sorta see in.

For room service, we ordered some pizza and a soup. It did take half an hour, but the food was extremely good.

Overall, I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I/we were to visit New York again. Top notch hotel.

Very pleased with the room, location and service! Location is in a quiet section of Manhattan yet close to many things. Service here was excellent, rooms (actually they are all suites) were very spacious. We were upgraded from a standard room to a corner room with views of the river (Hilton Diamond member). In addition room was ready early and when requested we were granted a late check out. Every employee was so friendly. Rooftop bar was fun! They have a nice water machine in the room so you always have water! Recommend all around. Will be back!

Loved our stay at Conrad! The location is unbelievable, ideal if you travel with kids and want to walk around Lower Manhattan, take ferries to the Statue of Liberty and Jersey. Suites are great for families with younger kids - you can put them to bed and still enjoy the evening. Valet parking is very convenient. Yes, it's not the cheapest accommodation but you can often find good deals. Given it's location it's 10 out of 10. We'll definitely be coming back.

This hotel is a gem in NYC. Great location, perhaps the best in today’s compared to Midtown hotels, where is very dirty. New property, well maintained, beds very comfortable and soft and hard enough to please everyone and inside atrium is very nice. Loved the all suite rooms, mine was a Corner Suite which highly recommended. Hilton did a great job with this Conrad property. Keep it up !

Incredibly friendly staff and great service! We always had a clean room at the end of the day! The location of the hotel is perfect! Some of the rooms have a beautiful view of the Hudson River. But the river is there in a 5 minute or less walk from the hotel anyways! The Irish Hunger Memorial is there too!
Overall, it’s a great place to stay!

Let me just start with Beth at the front desk check in!! Such a sweet young lady who went out her way to make sure our accommodations were met completely .She truly came through for me and our anniversary, and we couldn't be more grateful for such an outstanding employee. The staff, the concierge, everyone was super friendly and made sure we were satisfied, but Beth stood out from the rest! She and The Conrad Hilton Downtown gave us a feeling of family, luxury and comfort.

This used to be the old Embassy Suites but got the Conrad treatment a decade or so back and let me tell you, it's really nice. First off, they are all suites, very nicely laid out and spacious with a feeling of comfort and practicality. Services here are great, including the daily cleaning and replenishment of towels and consumables. And no resort or destination fees! That there is enough for me! Yes maybe the layout is a little awkward, but if you are looking for a little peace and tranquility from the hustle and bustle of the city, then here it is. Rockefeller Park is just a leap away and subway access is close by. So much to see and do around the the hotel without all of the touristy feels

Currently my favorite hotel to stay when I'm in the big apple. Thank you Conrad Hilton and thank you Beth for the hospitality. Will be returning again soon!

This is the best premium / luxury hotel I have stayed at in NYC and one of the best anywhere. The suites are incredibly spacious for NYC and well designed with separation between living, bathroom and bedroom areas and were very clean and well maintained; service was great across the board from front desk to housekeeping who were very responsive; and the hotel is really well located in a nice and quieter downtown neighborhood but still very convenient to access the rest of Manhattan via the subway. 10 out of 10.

Stayed here on a Hilton Free Night Certificate and had a wonderful albeit short one night stay. We requested a stuffed Conrad Bull and that request was granted. And it may seem like a small thing but it MADE my wife's stay. We love collecting these at the Conrads around the world and seriously hope that Hilton continues to offer them at locations (I know it has been cut back).

Breakfast was solid and we managed to get an omelette, pot of tea, and a large yogurt with granola and fresh fruit with the $50 food/beverage credit.

Hotel has nice proximity to subway but EXCELLENT proximity to the Hudson River Greenway which is a lovely way to bike up from Financial District to midtown Manhattan.

Room was clean and spacious for NYC but very few rooms are going to have a noteworthy view.

TLDR: Clean, spacious room, nice breakfast, good location, PLEASE KEEP THE STUFFED ANIMALS.

We stayed for 3 nights and what an amazing hotel. We arrived early and requested an early check in. Homa, Stephanie and Michael at the Front desk communicated via text on early check in which I appreciated. The Rooms are spacious, functional and the bed was comfortable. I really liked having the filtered water and the espresso machine was a nice touch. Overall, a great experience. I would highly recommend booking this hotel due it location and amazing staff. Thank you for making our 3 day birthday getaway a memorable experience.

Very lovely hotel by the Hudson River in Battery Park City, our favorite area in NYC! We spent Memorial weekend here and loved walking around the neighborhood. The river is just steps away. TriBeCa is just a few minutes walk or a quick ride on the free neighborhood Connection Bus. You can also easily get to Chinatown for the delicious authentic food there via the Connection Bus to Water St, and walking several blocks. We took the M9 bus back.

The room is very spacious, clean and well maintained. We loved that we had an in room water filter! The shower pressure is great. There were two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, so adults got one and the kids got the other!

The staff brought up a bday gift for us also - a very delicious chocolate cake!

We highly recommend this hotel. We have Hilton Honors and also got a $50 credit to use at their restaurant.

We absolutely LOVED our time there this past weekend! Our room was extremely clean and the entire staff was kind and hospitable. Close to everything we wanted to see, so the location was perfect for us. We will definitely return next time we're in the city. Also our room was extremely quiet which we loved.

Very nice Conrad in a very lively part of downtown. Lobby located on the second floor. No executive lounge but located right across from a mall with a Starbucks and several restaurants in the area. I was upgraded to a corner suite which was very spacious with a well stocked minibar. A water filtering drinking system was also available in lieu of plastic bottles of water.

Stayed at the Conrad for a work trip - any staff member I encountered was friendly and hospitable. The rooms are comfortable and extremely spacious for a NYC hotel - I loved the free water filtration system they had in the room!
