My first visit to Park Ridge Auto Care could not have gone better. Even though I was only there for an inspection, I can vouch for the following: very friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent clean and spacious waiting area with complimentary beverages, and at least for me lightning-fast service. I think I found my new repair shop.

I knew I had an oil leak and needed an exhaust. I also knew my transmission felt like it was slipping for a while. Other mechanics wanted to make big repairs on the transmission. I didn't mention that to Park Ridge. While they repaired my oil leak they discovered the oil damaged my motor mount, making it feel like the transmission was slipping, so replaced it. My 2011 Impala runs as good as the day I bought it. I trust Scott very much with my car and you should too. Thanks Park Ridge Auto!

Thought that face to face customer service no longer exists? Not so at Park Ridge! First time customer. Scott and Park Ridge associates are amazing. Not only did they fix the issue but they washed and cleaned the car. Professional, courteous, friendly, timely and I am happy to support our West Seneca business.

My 2001 Saturn is still such a dependable car, but whenever it needs a fix I know Park Ridge Auto Care is always there to provide great service! I have been a customer for many years through several cars, and it is so wonderful to have a business and people you can trust to do the right job and stand behind it!! As a first time customer who recently ran into a bit of bad luck- the kind gentlemen at Park Ridge Auto diagnosed my car that had been having mysterious problems for years. They offered fair pricing and finally I am safely driving my car again after 7 months of it sitting unable to be used. It feels great!

Park Ridge was awesome this morning, I emailed on Saturday asking if they could inspect my car Monday morning, they fit me in despite what looked like a pretty busy day for them, the gentleman that took care of me was so kind, they were efficient in getting things done and explained a few things to me to put me at ease/let me know what to expect next for my car. Will absolutely use them again next time I have a need.

Had 22 inch tires swapped to a new pair of rims and it definitely took experienced, knowledgeable techs to make my Mercedes look right.. I was referred by another shop that does great work (GK auto) and now I have another great shop to take care of my vehicles when needed.

I had a great experience here today I had an oil change and a car inspection. Scott is very helpful and lets you know exactly what your car is going to need or what problems came up and isn’t pushy or makes you feel as if you have to get it done right then and there. I will definitely be back!

I took my car in due to some noises/issues and an oil change. The amount of work needed added up to a significant amount, but I expected that. Scott was very transparent and answered all my questions. I felt comfortable asking questions, which is not always my experience at other places.

I appreciated the system they used along with a complete overview of my car that noted urgent items, things to watch, and items that don’t need replacement/fixing.

Additionally, they were very accommodating when I could not pick up the car by 5:30.

I will be happily returning in a few months when my inspection is due.

They were able to get me in right away, take care of issues I’ve been having for months, and get my car back to me within 24 hours. The staff was incredibly friendly as well.

I’ve heard so much about this place being honest, friendly, fair in prices, and doing the work that has to be done and other things on your car that should be addressed in the future. Park Ridge gets you in and your car is done when promised. It will be my go to place in the future.

I called in to book an appointment with Park Ridge Auto Care Inc. for a state inspection and to get help with installing a front plate mount. The team here is courteous, kind, and helpful. They even helped drive me to work so i could drop off my vehicle for the day. I have never received that kind of help so it was refreshing. They went above and beyond for me by inspecting more than just the bare minimum. They looked over my car and made sound and helpful suggestions that needed attention. They did not have to do so much more than they did and it really shows how much they care about what they do. I will gladly recommend their service to anyone in need of car help in the future. Glad they are around to help me out in the future.

I went in for a New York State inspection and oil change this morning as a new customer. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend!

Scott and the staff are always polite and friendly. They get the job done right the first time without trying to sell you something you don't need.
