We stayed at IV Mills Farm Retreat for 3 days late May while attending my son's wedding. We had nothing but trouble. We were given the wrong address for the house and the wrong entry information (told a key entry pad code - there was no key entry pad). There was very poor cell service in area so it was difficult to contact host to get to correct house and get inside. We were told where to find a hidden key but the front door lock was almost unworkable and needed to be replaced. The owner seemed unaware of many conditions in the house as she is not local. She thought her handyman had done many things that had not been done. There was no TV reception or wifi and the system she thought was in place to get reception is not actually for either service. At the end of the stay the owner asked we not post a negative review and in return she would refund part of the stay. We agreed. But never got the refund even after further contacts.

regarding your reply - driving 200 feet down the road was not the issue. You gave us the wrong address. We did not have the correct address to go to. We could not reach you for awhile due to cell service there - so we drove up and down the street going into different driveways to see if we could find a house that matched the photo online. The house we rented, as well as some other houses on the street - cannot be seen from the road. Also - I have been texting with Lesley multiple times letting her know we did not get the check. She told me it was issued by a company she employs. But it was not. She told my daughter in law she was sending it with a book. We got the book and no check. Our last text she said she was going to find out why the check was NOT issued and get it sent to ME - not my daughter in law.
