Don's Auto

AAA needed to tow my vehicle to a mechanic and my previously used guy didn't have room for me at his shop. Towed to Don's on a whim and couldn't be more pleased with how I was taken care of. Moments after I left with my repaired vehicle Chris called me to come back because he accidentally overcharged me. That right there is integrity. Just found my new mechanic.

They were respectful, knowledgeable, and fast. It's been a few weeks and the problem is completely gone. Plus, my car drives better than when I bought it. Additionally, they charged me half the price of what I was quoted somewhere else. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

Well, my story starts off somewhat embarrassing (but also funny), but here goes. I scheduled an appointment here thinking it was my buddies shop (don't ask how I messed this up...). I showed up following the GPS and immediately realized it is NOT my buddies shop, but I wasn't about to be a jerk and blow off my scheduled appointment.
The first thing that caught my eye was how quickly they could get me in for basic work + an oil change. Other shops are weeks (even a month) out, and these guys were willing to see me next-day. Awesome!
The shop was very nice, the seating extremely comfortable, and the owner offered me coffee. By offered me coffee, I mean he literally brewed and poured the coffee for me.. wow.
Lastly - the price! For the amount of work I got done (inspection, oil change, several light bulbs needing replaced), I was out the door cheaper than other shops were quoting an oil change ALONE. They used high quality Valvoline synthetic oil and a high quality Napa Gold oil filter. This is huge for me - I despise using no-name brands for the sake of saving a few bucks and it seems this shop only carries high end supplies.
The shop employees and owner were extremely kind, talkative, and willing to explain things.

I may have come here on accident, but, the next time I go it will not be an accident. Great work guys - you've earned another customer.

We were very happy with the prompt service we were provided when we had our vehicle towed to Don's Auto after a breakdown while travelling on our way home to Canada. Chris was amazing and made us feel at ease and said they would do all they could to get us going again. The problem was soon discovered and with a very reasonable price was fixed and we were on our way again. Highly recommend this place!

Great service & you can schedule your appointments through an app which is ideal for this generation. E-mailed receipts and they keep track of all the work done on your vehicle which you can access at any time. Would recommend. Not to mention the coffee or coco that's provided while you wait.

I think if I ever move out of South Buffalo, I would still go here. Always professional and always proficient; you can't blame them for being busy at times. But I've gone here for five years with three different vehicles and I've never had one instance where a car wasn't done when they said it would be.

Never use this place for major auto repair. Very up and up about casts. Worked with me. Had my vehicle repaired and ready to go when they said it would be done

I am a new customer at Dons Auto. I have only been here one time before today. Wanted my car checked over to have work that I needed. The front office is clean and organized , and most of all the price I was quoted was more than fair. The staff is friendly , and offered me more than one option. I am very pleased with my second time here. When your shop is clean , and organized the staff obviously cares , and it also shows compatance to run a business.
