Loved this place!! Huge selection of well-curated and organized books on all kinds of subjects, awesome first editions and rare books, next to modern works and cool unexpected finds. We will definitely be back!! The owner, Phil, is very kind and helpful.

I really liked this place. It had a great collection for such a small town bookstore. I found some rare books that I would never have expected to see. The owner was very friendly and accommodating and he gave us a 20% discount. Unfortunately, he deals with cash only and does not accept debit or credit. There is an ATM at the general store next door.

What a great place, found this gem of a store doing a google search for "used bookstores near me" well traveling through the area. Nice mix of modern and rare books in a laid back setting along with other hidden treasures. The Book Peddler is now on our list of stores to visit again.

I have to say all I did was look in eBay & found the 📚's I was looking for by The Book Peddler, who carried exactly what I need. I placed my order and then called him to confirm my order & what a wonderful conversation we had. I am excited about this order I placed with this young man and can't wait to receive them!

A hidden gem and worth a special trip to get there. I am not local but make a point to stop whenever I am in the area. They have hosted some pretty cool events in the past and I look forward to attending more. The book selection is great and I always come away with an obscure and unique find. This is a must stop for any bibliophile!
