I have known Arpad for a couple of years and purchased a few devices from him. He has always been wonderful and expedient. He backs his products, and exhibits huge amounts of patients, with the technically illiterate! The best thing- Arpad himself actually answers the phone when he can, which is just a beautiful thing.

So there I was rebuilding my PC with what I thought would be a requisite toolset.

I was wrong, New motherboard / New generation / New socket.

My Old CPU fan did not work with the new setup, the only person open after 6 pm with an am5 heatsink / cooler? Pod computers.

I went in to try and price match on a custom build I had in mind for my job, and the gentleman in the store was above and beyond friendly and helpful! He actually informed me that the computer I was looking at had FAR more in it than what I really needed it for, showed me one he had that he guaranteed would get the job done and was WAY more cost-friendly, and I was out of the store in ten minutes with an absolutely PERFECT machine and money still in my wallet! I couldn't be happier with the service and the prices here, and the computer I went home with is the perfect fit for me! If you need a computer, check them out first!!

I went for a back plate to mount a am4 heatsink to my motherboard. He had one in stock and was very reasonable on the price. They have knowledgeable staff and stuff you won't find else where.

I was having major issues with my computer. I brought it in, and they looked at it and figured out very quickly what was wrong with it. They fixed it by the date they said they would, and it was very reasonably priced. Both of the people I interacted with were very friendly. I will definitely take my computer there if it needs to be repaired again, and I'm considering buying a laptop from them as well.

Great professional service. I dented my computer on the corner and couldn't get a standard screen replacement. They were able to order the exact replacement direct. They replaced it and even improved the other corner for an incredibly good rate. I put a lot of trust in this team.

Just wanted to properly thank this company for solving my laptop problem I snapped off the Jack to my headphones in the headphone port. 2 other computer places said they couldn't fix it. This place fixed it in under 5 minutes. Thanks again!

Last year, Arpod installed a new HD on my laptop after my 10 year old one crashed. Fully satisfied. Then just this past week, messed around on my own attempting to resolve a problem that would allow use of the only imaging software program that I'm functional with, an old XP-compatible only app. Couldn't get it to work. Took my laptop in to Arpod with the software CD and he had it installed and working in no time. And even more easy to start up than on my previous HD. Great job and very reasonably priced too.

I've made a number of personal purchases through PodComputers and have always found them to be both knowledgeable and fair, which nowadays is a hard combination to find. Recently I've started utilizing some of their services and products at my work and have received very positive feedback from my coworkers and other managers. Old fashioned customer service but with forward thinking people, a great resource for Rochester!

They didn't have the any laptops with a windows Os in the $200 range like I had hoped but the employee was helpful and kind. I would recommend anyone looking for a computer or repairs to check them out.

A little gem hidden in plain sight. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They will give you a free assessment of your computer/phone/tablet problem before you commit to a repair (just like an Apple store, but for all brands of devices, and without hauling it all the way through the mall).

Most recently I went in because I had software that required me to create a bootable flash drive. Not a repair exactly, but it wasn’t working and I was at my wits’ end. The guy did it while I watched, didn’t try to make me feel stupid about it the way some over competitive people in tech do, and got it all done and related questions answered for a quite modest fee.

They also sell computers, tablets, phones, and accessories at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this shop.

Oh and they are pretty accessible: entrance is ample though I don’t recall if there’s a powered assist, it’s ground floor, all on one level, no steps or curbs, parking can be tight but once you are out of your car you can get in and out of the store with nothing worse than a small bump.

I really like Pod, and buy all my computers and most peripherals there. Everyone is friendly, kindly, and competent, and will do small (and sometimes not so small) repairs on the spot. The prices on refurbished computers and peripherals are also great.

I've spent a few bucks here and have always been satisfied. Today i dropped in and got advice on an old laptop. Very Patient Advice. You would not find that at Best Buy! This is my Go To computer joint and there is a chinese take out joint and a liquor store right there too. One Stop Shopping!

Fair prices. Pleasant customer service experience. Knowledgeable staff. I've had several computers serviced here over the last 3-4 years. Definitely worth your while.

They're very knowledgable about their products, and they explain everything in detail. This is the only computer store I go to for my personal needs, and I always refer friends and family to this company. Much more reasonably priced than Best Buy, or Dell Computers.

Very accessable. Easy to talk to and patient. Prices are reasonable and estimates are free! He doesn't charge you anything to bring in your computer and do some basic trouble shooting. Highly recommend.

Called ahead for a new charger to ask if it was in stock. When I came in he remembered the call and had the part ready just in case. Reasonable price and warm demeanor.

I live almost next-door to this marketplace and it's always happened to inspire me, as well friendly ;inviting environment. These people are customer related and welcome to our neighborhood😅
