Recently, I have the privilege to buy a house in Hudson. Need to update the house blinds. I contact the store by phone and then, in person visited to make the selection of what it will be our Blinds. Mike and Zach, profesionally show us all the available models, variety and prices. After our selection was made; Mike make an appointment to get measures all the windows to get the correct info for the order. Once the Blinds arrived, Zach, the installer call, to get the appointment to install them. Zach, humble, profesional and well organized, Uninstalled the existence blind and installed the new ones in very clean process. After Zach finished, Mike returned to verified everything was done in our standards. We are very satisfied with their product offered, the installation process and the final product in the house. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Mike, his team and his installer Zach recently and, honestly, can't speak higher of their customer service.
I reached out to Mike on a Sunday with a question regarding a potential repair on my custom vertical set over my slider door. He, not only got back to me that same night, but walked me through figuring out who the manufacturer was (the blinds had come with my condo when we purchased it), where to find all of the install specific information that was on the blinds and even reached out to the manufacturer on my behalf to see if it was still within warranty.
Every step of the way, he was in touch with me, keeping me apprised of any additional details needed or where they were in the process.
We found out that the blinds were still within warranty and the manufacturer rebuilt the entire track and Mike had Zach, his installer, come out to replace the unit within days, saving us a lot of money in the end.
To say that I am floored by this level of outstanding service would be an understatement. Mike and his team went above and beyond and they certainly will have my business moving forward. I will also be recommending them to everyone that I know.

What a great experience, especially after a dot com. disaster! Mike is great at setting up and ordering the blinds you want! Measuring and installation at no cost. He shows you samples, and has you pick a couple, then he finds the price, you pick out what you want.

Zach is his installer. Nice, professional, and talented at his job! They make a great team! I highly recommend!

Thank you to Mike and Vertical Blinds for our beautiful window treatments! We moved into a new construction home and found the process of putting up window treatments for all of the windows daunting. Mike came to our house with samples and for measurements. He also ordered us fabric samples when we were picking out curtains. He was always very responsive with any of our questions and with updates on our orders. His nephew Zach helped with the installation and had the blinds installed in a day and the curtains in an afternoon! The quality was superb! Very happy with everything we purchased!

Mike went above and beyond to help me fix my roman shades! I am so grateful that I found him! No one else would have done what he did! From the moment I called to inquire, he said he would do whatever he could to fix them if they could indeed be fixed. I took the shades to his shop and he helped me identify the clips that I needed to buy online. This was a huge deal in itself because Select Blinds, the manufacturer of these shades, wouldn't tell me which parts I needed to fix them since I wasn't the original purchaser...(Not sure why that would matter since I own the condo now where the shades are hanging!) Without his guidance, I wouldn't have been able to figure it out! Once the clips came in, he fixed them on the spot. He knew exactly what to do and was just so helpful! I highly recommend hiring him to do any shade or blind install! You will get FIVE STAR customer service from start to finish! Thank you SO much Mike!

Mike was fantastic, clearly explained my options, great communication on order status, scheduled delivery time, showed up early for the scheduled install, and finished install with no disruption as I worked from home.
