The UPS Store

Small packages I take to the post office, but everything else I ship, I ship by UPS and I do it at this location. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I sometimes I need to get the extra insurance it's very reasonable. I had one package that didn't get delivered maybe a year ago in the holiday season, and UPS immediately made good on the value of what I had shipped. I generally use the standard shipping so I can't speak to the prices for expedited shipping other companies may be better for that. They offered me a guaranteed shipping date for about double the price. As usual I went with the standard rate and it arrived at the destination on the same day that they offered as a guaranteed delivery date. So, if it's not during the holiday season, and there's no inclement weather, standard shipping tends to be fast and reasonably priced. Also it is extremely easy to track packages.

I use this UPS location for dropoff 2-4 times per month. Staff conistently friendly and professional. Typically no wait at all, once or twice had to wait less than a minute for assitance. Easy in & out.

The staff are always incredibly nice and helpful. My trips here are very short lived so I can't speak yo more complicated visits to this store, but in my opinion they have always been helpful and knowledgeable about their job.

I love the shop. Everyone is kind and professional .They go out of their way to help you and greet you at the door. Thank you for visiting too. I appreciate the myriad services offered and use the laminating. I highly recommend this UPS shop for the amazing and helpful employees! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Laura was SO helpful! I don't have a printer/internet at home so I was unable to print return labels. She printed labels for me and packaged a return for me so I didn't have to come back (I live outside Lincoln). It was so appreciated. I'll definitely come back and use this UPS!

Edited- Major staff upgrade. Have had zero issues for several months now. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. I’ve shown up, ill prepared, and they have walked me through some technical issues. Highly recommend. Great location.
Have had decent service and poor service. One star rating due to closing EARLY. Often times trying to get there before closing and they’re closed 10 to 15 minutes early but you can guarantee they will always be closed five minutes early. If You are cutting it close. Do not bother.

Great last minute service. I was late getting an eBay package out. Like way late. Came in directly after work and two young men got me squared away fast. I didn’t even have a box. I had a concrete saw and an address. It was 4.20.23 at 615 if any store managers read this. Right at closing. And those two dudes were friendly and accommodating. We’ll done dudes.

Gavin went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He kindly and efficiently helped me create a label and pack my box with ease. I can always count on Gavin to greet me with a smile! I have the best customer experiences at the 70 & Van Dorn store

Super nice, this young man named Gavin who was at the front register helped me ship out a package and get it packed. Made quick and super easy and was very friendly. Great service!

I stoped in last week to do an Amazon return and I was confused about how to find my code and Laura was so helpful and patient with helping me find the code for my return I would recommend this store for your returns. Laura is the one to talk to at this location.

I have been using this store for almost 20 years. The most outstanding thing is the service. I never wait long in line even at holidays. Compare that to the post office. They always tell me the alternatives for shipping and the costs and speeds. They keep track of people I send packages to so I never have to fill out paper work. I have sent packages overseas and they have always been delivered as promised. I enthusiastically recommend them to anyone.

I used to avoid this store because they were so slow and rude. A while back they hired new people and they are the NICEST and fastest workers. So nice going in there now! Please keep them there!

I have been shipping parcels from this UPS store for a few years now. The professionalism and courtesy of the personnel is outstanding.

Everyone I've ever worked with at this location is superb. I had an issue with some scrubs I ordered months ago and the gal- I wish I remembered her name- was so prompt and friendly. I presented my problem to her and she worked quickly to find me a solution while offering me additional ideas to help. Great customer service!

They were more then willing to help me when I had no clue what to do! The person that helped me Kyle ( I think was his name) made me feel less dumb and helped me with everything I needed done! Will be coming back to this location again!
