Very nice further but a little over price went to get a UHaul for moving good an friendly customer service over price on their further xasple a small freezer they want $599 go some where else get for $399 same size then a 4 chair table with no leaves $699 go to Brick down town get for half or less I did like it there hours r different u have to check hours only open a short time they have to stay open they want beness I gave them a 4*

Went to E-Z Own Plus to rent a Uhaul and the little girl sitting there with her boyfriend, (neither one with masks on until we were in the building.) Insisted we put on masks or she would not do business with us so she watched $200 walk out the door! I will be calling the ADA about this business, I believe this little girl needs to tell her boyfriend to go home and learn that there is a mask mandate but it is NOT a law and to push people with medical reasons for not wearing masks can get you in hot water! We have rented from that store many times from Lisa Reiter and never had a problem! Please teach your employees better!

I won 2 end tables on the Power Shopper radio deals and when I went to pick them up one had a piece of trim wood that was busted across the back . I called the radio station they told me there was nothing they could do, which made me angry because they are the ones that got the money ! So the sales clerk was reluctant to call the manger but after I requested it several times she did . She was told she could give me another end table of lesser value (Both were valued at 300.00 but was of lesser value but it was nice so I let it go because I was in a hurry ) well I didn’t like that table as well as the broken one so she was allowed to give some cash back on the taxes . But still a very expensive broken end table .
On a positive note I also purchased a mattress set. The sales gal was very helpful in carrying that out to the truck.
This whole situation has made me second guess the customer service of both places this place and the KQPR Radio Station. Very disappointing experience.

No building, no person, no drop box. Drove around for 20 minutes trying to find this place before we went into Ace hardware to ask.

This place is apparently just a line of uhaul trucks in the mall parking lot on the far side from the road.

I brought my rental in over three hours early but got charged $29.58 for an "extra day" because I didn't check in to this place that didn't exist.

I asked for a return with proof from Google maps that I was there before deadline and they refused.

Horrible people.
