I have been going to another salon for 10 years now and every single time they would mess up my hair somehow so I tried this place out in Nov and have had Jilliane both times and she is AMAZING. She is so quick and effortless and I have never been happier with my hair. Thank you Jilliane ❤

Absolutely love Tranquility, I’ve been there three times now and have had excellent service each time. Zack is so talented! I didn’t give him much direction for my cut/color and he did a beautiful job. So thankful to have found them and the location is convenient, prices very reasonable as well.

My husband got me a gift certificate for “The Ultimate 100” - massage, foot scrub, mini facial, and scalp treatment. Scheduled and then, because it’s New England, there was a snowstorm! Carol was willing to keep the appointment and drove over even though spa was closed. She was amazing and so was the experience. Highly recommend.

Got in last minute this afternoon for a much needed haircut. Zack was amazing- very professional, paid attention to detail, and gave the best scalp massage! The cut came out just right and I left feeling very refreshed :)

I had a bit of a haircut “situation” that needed correcting and Courtney was AMAZING. She fixed my pixie and it’s now one of my favorite cuts ever. She killed it and I immediately made my next appointment with her for my next color and cut. She is a sweetheart and very positive. And the product smelled sooooo great!

Walked in on a whim. Was lucky enough to get a walk in appointment with Zack. As a dude with long hair, it's hard finding the right place for a haircut. Zack absolutely killed it! Great dude, great haircut, great experience, and great advice for keeping my locks looking luscious. This is definitely my new spot, and is an easy recommendation.

Great salon with flexible, friendly staff. They go the extra mile to ensure a good experience. They are talented, giving trendy looks to cuts and color techniques. I have used the salon, waxing, and facial services and have been extremely pleased. Best yet, you can book online and get notifications via text. I recommend highly.

This was my first visit and I will definitely be booking a second! Tessa was absolutely delightful. I am so happy with my hair. I had the scalp massage as well and it was worth every penny!

I have only been to one other spa but I felt awkward and just not comfortable there. Here, the environment itself is relaxing, the people make you feel like you belong, and it is overall comfortable. My skin looks great after my facial and I bought the products used on my skin.

Wonderful spa and salon on Water St in Exeter. I have had a haircut and pedicure here. Took awhile to find a place in town for a great reliable hairstylist— this is a great place: friendly, professional and they listen to what you want. They fixed a bad haircut which has now turned into a great style! Coming back for another haircut, pedicure and trying a facial!!

I'm a bald dude so I have only been in for pedicures and facials. I have painful toenails and scaley skin. Real men take care of their problems. Cathy repaired my nails with surgical patience. A young lady restored my dry skin. They also have a broad selection of skin care products that they are knowledgeable about.

Gloria and Cathy provide the best pedicures! Love that they use Zoya polish and healthy, eco friendly products. Such a great place! Definitely check them out. I will be recommending to everyone! Thank you for such a great experience 💖💅

Always an amazing experience here. Friendly staff who are quite knowledgeable of the available products is a plus. Easy access with road side parking or short distance to public parking. A very relaxed atmosphere.
