We have been looking for various lights for our house for a year. In the time span of under an hour, Dave helped us pick out three perfect, different lights for both inside & outside our home. He also found the best prices, and discounts and he helped us to choose the perfect products and light bulbs. Thank you Capital & thank you Dave! 💡

David was a wonderful salesman. He was polite, not pushy, knew his products, willing to work with us as we asked questions. Never felt like he was trying to find the next sales. Positive interaction with other store workers.

If you go, ask for Summer. She is so sweet, super helpful, and super responsive. She helped me pick out 4 fixtures for my house (so far). One item kept getting delayed, and she was continuously following up and emailing me to update me on the status, as well as offering me other solutions to try to prevent my project from getting delayed. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time and it made for one less thing to worry about during a stressful renovation!

Our salesperson Michael was phenomenally helpful. He steered us in a direction we were not even contemplating and I’m so glad he did. He asked questions about our space, what we wanted to accomplish, etc. He was not pushy, and let us come to our decisions on our own. I can’t wait to get out new fixtures in!

I went in to the East Hanover store. They had a very nice selection and I was still very undecided on what I wanted. My shopping experience started out a bit rocky with a woman there but then when she got busy another salesperson walked by me and said, do you need help. I happened to have a question and the woman was busy so I said yes. It ended up being a very pleasant experience with Christopher Velasco! He was extremely helpful, willing to show me different ideas even though they did not have it in their showroom. Brought me over to a computer and we shopped together ending up finding the fixture I bought.

I told him how much I appreciated his help because I was having a hard time figuring out what I wanted for about a month shopping at different stores and online. So I really appreciated him taking the time with me. That is how a salesman should be not answering you in an annoyed manner every time you ask a question. Thank you Christopher!!

We were helped today by Dave. Dave provided excellent customer service. We had an idea of what we were looking for. Dave helped us with our selections and helped us save money in the process. Very happy with our experience at Capital Lighting and with Dave.

Expertise and service are so appreciated these days... Avoid the big box stores (Home Depot/Lowe's/Amazon) and enjoy the benefits of industry product knowledge etc.. Cannot recommend Capital Lighting or Michael Schimpf who helped us more! We'll be back!

Sherry is extremely knowledgeable about lighting. She steered us toward the correct Adorne switches and outlets. In addition, I have been searching for the right picture lights for weeks. She found the perfect one in minutes, within our budget. Can’t thank her enough!
