Visited the new Graif location the other day. Great selection of beautiful clothes for men and women. Not what Owatonna is used to and very much needed. Easy to find parking. In my observations I was truly amazed by the genuinely friendly greeting and attentiveness of the staff the entire time I shopped. They greeted customers by name as well. Such a welcome freshness to shopping!! Welcome to town.

Over the last few weeks, I’ve visited Graif several times. The store has an amazing aesthetic, which you will notice even from the outside. Inside, you’re greeted with an attentive staff who I can tell love what they do. They are knowledgeable about fashion, fit, and make the process of buying clothing fun! They helped me pick out a couple suits and sports coats, even bringing a selection in my size from the Mankato store for me to try on (awesome!). The suit/sports coat selection is exactly my taste; fun, modern, and made from high-quality cloth. I highly recommend checking them out!

Decided to visit Graif Clothing after seeing some advertising and watching the building get remodeled, from the last few months. At first glance, my assumption was that is was another women’s boutique, but once inside it was quite the opposite. My family was greeted immediately by the store manager, Maddy (I believe) and she asked if we were looking for anything in particular.

I was drawn to the suit and sport coat section, which was versatile and organized. My overall experience was spectacular! I say that that, because I’m normally very picky with clothing. Thank you so much Maddy and Tyler for your patience, honesty, and encouragement through the whole process.

I ended up getting a suit and sport coat, since it was BOGO. Alterations are apart of the service, which was a nice bonus, that I wasn’t expecting. Overall, I would highly recommend this business, whether you are in Mankato, Owatonna, or anywhere else. Our experience was amazing. We will continue to give them our business, in the coming years!!
