I ordered my beautiful Humanscale chair AFTER I read all these negative reviews. So I was petrified I was going to have a horrible experience.

This was not my experience at all. Jacob was very responsive.

I received the chair in top condition within 2 weeks.

The chair I ordered was a refurbished chair but there were no signs of use.

I got the chair for about 25% of original price.

I just completed my second purchase from Seatingmind and could not be happier! My refurbished office chairs came in great condition. There was a small issue with the initial tracking number sent to me, but support was very responsive and answered my questions quickly.

I think some of the lower review scores on here are customers that didn’t realize they were purchasing used/refurbished items. The site could do a little better at indicating what is new vs used, however the discounted prices should make it pretty obvious.

The chair took 13 days to arrive from when I placed the order. I think that is fast (December shipping), and I was notified via email of each step of the process along the way. The chair is exactly what I ordered in 9 out of 10 condition. I'm very happy. The bad reviews are scary, but for me it was an excellent experience.

Ordering was simple and the bidding feature got me a reduced price from what's listed. Shipping label was created that same day, but it wasn't picked up from the warehouse until a few days after that. It still arrived within 7 days from the order date though. The chair was in good used, working condition and well packaged. Just needed a Magic Eraser scrubbing to get a couple of scuff marks off. Considering this chair is easily 3x the cost new, I'm satisfied!

I felt I needed to add something positive after reading all these inpatient reviews of people expecting next day delivery mid pandemic. The website clearly states shipping delays and how they bill / list the tracking. I received a response from my email in 15 min and they helped clarify and update my order. I have yet to receive my chair, and I'll indicate if anything is unusual. If not, my review stands as is. I saved close to $1000 on the chair and I don't mind being patient to accommodate the current circumstances.

Chair i received looks brand new - very happy with it.
The shipping time is clear on their website but is definitely long. Took 21 days to receive the product.
Website could use some clearer descriptions. Product name had 'open box' in the name but description shows 'restored to new'

My experience was good. I placed an order on Sunday, and decided to expedite it the next day. Customer service worked with me to add fast shipping to the order, and I received it on Friday! Everything was as described. The chair only needed four screws put in, and an allen wrench was included.

Ordering from Seatingmind was exceptionally easy. I knew what chair I was looking for and was able to find the item. I was surprised to find the pull down menus with all of the options including the different casters. Also the sizing chart in the photo section was quite helpful and accessible. It was nice to see all of the used chairs as well but decided with the option availability to select and customize a chair for myself. Great experience so far. Appears my chair has shipped in only a few days. Hooray!

I chose to order from Seatingmind based on their high reviews and they did not disappoint. received a well-refurbished office chair. The one opportunity is they did not include assembly instructions. The chair back was detached from the base when shipped. Once I figured out the seat moved forward, it was easy to assemble, but it was not clear.

Customer service was very responsive. Have already recommended SeatingMind to other friends looking for an at-home desk chair.

Great selection and prices. Strange that shipping takes 10-15 days, but as we were not in a rush it was fine--chairs shipped on 11th working day and arrived the 13th work day. Chairs were in very good condition, nearly new as advertised. One was missing the lumbar support, but still great.

I was in need of a good office chair for my home office. Trying to find the balance between lasting quality and a good price is no easy feat, especially when you are looking for a chair you can be comfortable in for six+ hours a day. I figured Herman Miller and Steelcase were out of my price range until I came across Seatingmind. Not only did Seatingmind have a great selection of refurbished chairs for me to select from, I was able to personalize with awesome options. I'm looking forward to the arrival of my new chair and grateful for all the money I saved on quality I otherwise would have never afforded!

I did not know I was working through you. Actually, I was looking for a good chair and thought I was buying direct from Herman Miller. I have no reason to doubt things will turn out well, but I won't know until I receive and use the chair. The process itself went well, which is what my above rating reflects.

I have window shopped multiple times here and was indecisive because, even though the refurbished office chairs are way more affordable, they were still over my price range. I say that knowing that the quality of the chairs makes the pricing well worth it and finally decided to get what I want and jumped onto a great deal of an office chair. My Herman Miller chair took about a month to arrive due to COVID (which was disappointing) but it's in great shape, was fully cleaned and reconditioned, and the price can't be beat! Customer service promptly answered my question when I contacted them via email. Would do business here again.

We received our refurbished Steelcase chairs yesterday. Easy assembly, was well packed and not damaged. Came quickly. A very good experience with SeatingMind. Just placed another order for 8 more chairs.

I bought a Herman Miller Chair from another site and regret it. The Chair is fine but communication was poor and it took forever to arrive. I couldn't remember where I bought it so tried another site. Now yours it's been good so far.
