Harbor Freight Tools

Got to the store 10 minutes before closing to buy an engine crane (didn't want to get there that late, but the first store I went to didn't have any in stock). They got me out the door and helped load the heavy box in my car before they closed. Great service!

I have ordered many things thru Harbor freight most work just fine. For my budget I can't expect any more. Overall satisfied.

If I could give this store 10 stars I would! helpful personable staff no deer in the headlights look when you ask where something is unlike some local stores in our area {lowes fleet farm}. King of hill in my opinion!

I know, and most others do as well, that Harbor Freight does not always offer a high quality tool, so I am not considering that in my review. What I will consider is selection and customer service. I find what I am looking for (and then some) just about every time I visit this location. They keep their shelves well-stocked and there is always an employee around to help me find what I am looking for. Not every employee is the most polite or helpful, but the ones that aren't don't seem to last long. By and large, if you visit this store you will find the employees willing and helpful and the shelves well-stocked. I recommend it.

Don't snub this place thinking only "cheap" tools can be found there. Yes, they offer "fair, better, and best" grades of tools but take a look-- you can get excellent quality stuff here for a great price. Be sure and sign-up for their coupons- everything comes around on a coupon if you're willing to wait for it. Questions? Ask the staff. They are very helpful and let you browse around all you want.

They have great prices on DIY tools.

I walked into this location for the first time today and I'm very pleased with everything that transpired. I walked in there looking for a specific toolbox and they not only had it, they gave me a deal on it. Then, they helped put it in the back of my suv. From beginning to end it was a good experience. I'll go back to this location.

You need a tv mount , they have it! Best prices around. Some things you don't need to pay alot for quality like the Hercules brand! I have increased my handiman perfection and speed with this product line!

Be prepared to spend a lot of time "looking at stuff" and probably leaving with a lot more items in your bag than what you had planned on. I know I do, every time. They have cheap stuff, but also good quality items. Choice is yours.

Friendly and helpful staff. Not pushy or trying to get a person to buy something they don't need.

Cool store with helpful employees. Cheap prices esspecially if you get the coupon book. I am able to buy one off use tools to help me with projects instead of suffering through without.

I am handicapped. I made sure to go at a slower time of day. I told them the items I wanted and they brought them up to the counter for me. Great service and a friendly checker.

Fantastic service, very friendly, and the manager even walked a heavy item out to my car on a hand truck, and loaded it in my car for me.

A customer service was awesome walked in somebody greeted us at the door told us exactly where the item we were looking for was and got out. It was a fantastic experience.

Not the highest quality on all tools but the prices are much lower than competitors. Pay attention to the quality and there are great bargains.

Friendly, fast......not always knowledgeable but 100% seems to be given. If they do not know the answer or the tool they are smart enough to use google. Great people excellent service and obviously ridiculously low prices!
