The following weekend i returned to the store after calling, and explaining the situation. The staff was great, and got the mower replaced with a new one, thank you!

Just got home with my new $600 Ego electric mower, pulled it out of the box, and it looks and sounds like someone speared it with the forklift. Rear drive wheel plastic is snapped, and catching in the drive sprockets. Outside of the wheel is messed up. Hopefully I can get this sorted out in Monday and change my review.

Devan was very respectful and helpful while trying to find a bolt for me, didnt find it but I must come back!

Needed some fasteners, love their selection and opportunity to buy just the quantity I need.

Always pretty good but miss the young gal that got cut loose a few months ago. She was the most knowledgeable employee at the local store and in my
humble opinion the best they had. If there was a reason that really justified her getting cut loose, fine, but maybe with better leadership & training she would still be there and even better than she was before.

We went here about two weeks ago to get a STIHL chainsaw for my bf who needed it to cut down a couple pine trees in our yard plus use it for cutting down tons of other trees at our hobby farm, Colten had help us choose a chain saw and did a excellent job with the knowledge he had about these chain saws and got us everything we needed for it! We were very happy how easy it was to purchase thanks to Colten!

Great hometown hardware store feel. Always choose them over other hardware options in town. Matt and Rachel are just two of the many friendly and helpful staff you will meet when you visit their new location in beautiful downtown Owatonna!

I recently stopped here because I needed a compressor plug for a pneumatic nailer. The "help" at Lowe's literally knew nothing, but the worker at this local Ace got me what I needed within five minutes, and he was friendly.

There's still a lot to be said for going to your local hardware store - even though Ace is a chain, they manage to feel like a local hardware store.

The two employees that were working today helped me find what I needed and they were very nice and the girl even have me good ideas on outlets. Keep up the awesome work and stay warm.

They have everything you might need but on this visit no one thought that I needed help finding lag bolts.
