Curves

I love Curves! It is easy, fast, fun, and convenient for my busy lifestyle. No need for learning complicated gym equipment or changing weights or riding on a boring treadmill or elliptical. The classes give variety throughout the week too. I love that the workout is geared towards women of all ages. I can push myself as little or as much as I need to see results! And the new WOW workouts have me seeing real results! That paired with an extremely positive supporting environment has me a happy member! Highly recommend to women of all ages!!

I have enjoyed Curves exercise for a long time in many locations and I have found this Curves to be a great place. Kim, the owner, is knowledgeable and very helpful. You can expect helpful coaching, clean surroundings, safe environment, machines in good repair, and discrete management of your information. If you have not tried Curves, it’s great! And this is a great place to give it a try! I’ve lost 20 pounds😊. If I could give 10 points I would.
