I bought my first couch and loveseat here last week. Such great prices, such great people!! I won’t spend my money anywhere else. Even though I only get to buy one a year this is the place where I’m spending my money. And the delivery service they have is top notch. I also love that this is a family owned business, not a big Ashley store with people hounding you the moment you walk in. They let you walk around and answer any question you have and they give you all the time you need. It took me three days to make up my mind and I got NO PRESSURE from them. That’s very different from a big store. Again I won’t spend a penny on furniture anywhere else and thank you to the owners! I am in love with my living room!!!

Great experience! The sales guys are very attentive and had great suggestions regarding a sectional we wanted to purchase. Unfortunately we were not able to get the furniture we first wanted because the size was just to big for our space and entryway but we left with another great option. Their financing option is amazing as well! My husband and I will be back very soon to inquire about future purchases!

Went in for a reclining loveseat, told the associate what I was looking for and the fact I have cats. He helped me find a durable and reasonably priced loveseat! The experience was wonderful through and through, including the delivery. They were so nice and quick. At the end he asked if I wanted him to mount my TV on the wall. Super nice and professional. Highly recommend. The cats, especially the boy approve of the loveseat as well.

I love Shopping here, the deals are great and the owner works with what you have. I have been coming to this establishment long before he moved his business from Minneapolis area which was a great move for him.

About 2 years I purchased a furniture worth of $ 560.00. At the time I lost my receipt that's why I didn't pickup my furniture. Recently I found the receipt while I was cleaning the garage so went back to Geneva store and explained to them what really happened. And
there was a gentleman by the name of Hedi..
I don't know if he is a owner or a manager.
He told me to take whatever I want within that amount so I did. And I'm very happy. Long story short.
These people are the most honest and trustworthy and nice people.I would suggest or recommend people to buy from them from my own personal experience.
They didn't even charge me for the penalties or fees.

I bought a set of living room furniture from this place about 7 years ago… after raising multiple puppies it was time to get something new, only because the puppies had it looking and smelling not so great! I knew right away where I’d be going… and just last week purchased a new sectional that I love! The owner is awesome and doesn’t pressure you into anything and the service from purchase to delivery cannot be beat!

The manager did a great job with repairing my power recliner! I had a year warranty and they got the parts I needed and took care of it just in time. Works like new. My family appreciated the hard work and coming to my residence to take care of the issue.

I’ve gotten mattresses, furniture, and bedroom set now from this place and I highly recommend them. The owners are so nice and friendly they treat everyone like family☺ They are Fast, efficient and thorough! I was supposed to get a delivery on Wednesday but they were able to get it to me Tuesday instead and I just think that’s awesome 😎 I am pleased with their service every time, no disappointments!! overall please please check them out and you will not regret it. We came to Geneva Furniture in Crystal for the first time. We were so impressed! The variety of items is incredible. We found exactly what we wanted, and we paid a great price. Our salesman was so helpful (not pushy at all). We needed our furniture the next day. And they made it happen. The delivery guys were so efficient! We didn’t even have to wait 5 minutes. They were at our house with the furniture when they said they would be. We’ll definitely shop here again! Thank you for the excellent customer service!

I was here a few weeks ago with my family. They have amazing customer service! The prices were great that we ended up buying dinning room table when my mother only needed a mattress. That's how great the deals there were! They even helped us load the furniture to our vehicle, my father didn't have the right straps to hold the mattress so they borrowed us some straps and asked us to please bring them back. THEY TRULY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!

Best furniture store in Crystal MN. They are absolutely great, I’ve purchased many furniture pieces with great prices. The customer service is awesome, highly recommend. The delivery was great too the sectional was a big piece that was hard to fit in my apartment but Hadi didn’t give up so easily. He’s absolutely amazing.
