HERE Minneapolis

I stayed at HERE for a year from Oct 22-Sept 23. I would have definitely stayed for more time at HERE but for personal reasons, I had to move out. My experience at HERE was very pleasant. The property manager and leasing manager were always helpful and responsive. The maintenance person, Mickey, was always very quick in responding to any issues. I see few complains here, but I never personally faced any issues. They have started some social initiatives so that residents get to know each other. I wish more residents would participate in that. My move out process was very smooth and with out any hassle.

Living at Here Minneapolis has been an absolute delight! The community atmosphere is fantastic, with friendly neighbors and a staff that goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. The amenities are top-notch, from the well-equipped fitness center to the beautifully designed communal spaces. Not to mention, the location is ideal, providing easy access to everything the city has to offer. Overall, it's been a wonderful experience calling Here Minneapolis home!

I have enjoyed my time at HERE. Office staff are always so helpful, particularly Zain, who goes above and beyond to make me feel like I am welcome! I’ve never had a question go unanswered. I also love the complex because of the study spots and gym that allow me to focus and take care of my mental health. I would recommend to students who are looking for somewhere that is close to campus, is furnished, and has easy access to transit.

My experience with here Minneapolis apartments has been pleasant. The staff were very helpful and detailed in their work from giving tours to following up with the leasing process. Catalina has been extremely proactive and helpful with my move in process. Living here has been wonderful as well. The apartments are very new and clean. There’s also a lot of nice amenities.

Apartment is fair price for my current lease. BUT I want to say that the maintenance guy Mickey is just great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shows up like Savior and fix my washer/dryer/AC. Idk what to say more about him I just love him : ) Makes him the Manager or owner! He deserves MORE!
Btw Apartment!! Stop buying discount stuff that keep breaking. U management makes our LOVELY Mickey fix way too much things than he should. Yo get some better quality washer and dryers pls my cloth smells so bad cause dryer doesn't dry : )

I love living here. Everything is safe and comfortable. I love the amenities and the location of the building. I also think that all the processes (mail, packages, etc) is very efficient.

Rent is quite high but it's worth it. Building is always clean, there are plenty of amenities to hang out with friends or study. Mickey from maintenance is always quick at responding to maintenance requests and also very helpful.

I have lived here for around 6 months and I am happy with giving one more credit to this apartment.

First, the all new employees in the leasing team are very friendly and kind. Also, they are highly passionate in managing the all units. All problems I had usring the residence were perfectly dealt by the team.
The amanity and the location is the most attractive advantage. The residents can use awesome gym and entertainment facility for free. I personally love the sky lounge and loof-top space. This is located in front of Fresh Thyme and it takes only 2 or 3 min by walking. And, the apartment hold many social/entertainment events for the residents.

#Best for who 1) is first-year domenstic/international sutdents, 2) who has a family, and 3) who loves to enjoy some events held by apartment, and 4) who has no car like me

#Still good for who 1) is looking for home for just 6 - months or 1 - year residence.

#I am not recommending to who 1) is looking for very cheap housing option like around $700. But you can find some leasing promotions from the office, I believe

New manager is better kind and do his job well. The fee feels too expensive, but when it comes to the utility that we can use in this covid pandemic, Not that bad.

I just finished my application process and every person I spoke to from the leasing office was so helpful and kind. I'd like to especially thank Mo because she always went above and beyond for me. Whenever I had questions she would give me a call or send an email and always made sure we were on the same page. Thanks Mo!

Just applied for the fall semester and the office staff could not have made it any easier. The proximity to Fresh Thyme and the light rail made this a no-brainer plus I really liked the gym and coworking areas which looked clean and really nice. Looking forward to moving in!

I really like living here. The environment is very cozy and the leisure options are excellent. I can't wait to use the outdoor patio and rooftop when Minnesota weather permits.

This is a great property. I love the location. It is so much quieter than other student living spaces. Above all else the staff is outstanding, Zain is always so helpful and quick to solve any issues!

I am set to move in to 'HERE Apartments on 5/29/21 and - thus far - it has been a pretty smooth process. Jake - in the Leasing office - has been very helpful with answering my questions and for that I am very grateful!! I am looking forward to being a resident!

I've been to this building several times to visit friends. The building is updated and clean! I visited a friend before class last week, and they had Frrreee Chick-fil-A for their residents and me 😁 . Ugh, my dorm can't even compare.

Just moved in and so far so good. Amenities are new. The staff here are really friendly and helpful. Jake and Gabby impressed me a lot with their professional services. Hopefully I can spend a good academic year here.

Great place to live. Fun environment and the staff really cares about the building and the people who live here. The people who live here respect each other and fells like a community. Lots of restaurants and public transit is available.

Great staff and building! The staff is always responsive and the building is always clean and friendly. Zain and Willie really make things easy for the residents.

I've lived here a month and I really enjoy the services, places, and the people. The customer services are great and very welcome, clean room, many great amenities, and good maintenance services!

Super clean property and and spacious rooms. Management is super nice as well!
