Truthfully I like Caribou better than Starbuck's because Starbucks flavored drinks are always too sweet, but the staff at this location are alwaus freindly and helpul when I choose to stop here.

This is the best location in EP! The Drive Thru is prompt and amazing with service. Becky makes my day when she is in. She is always so happy and remembers my name every time. I LOVE this location! They have the nicest people working here and they always get my drinks tasting amazing!! I literally drive from the south metro just to come to this location because I am never disappointed!

I go here at least twice a week if not more. I go through the drive thru and the customer service is always excellent, my order is always correct, and I never have to wait long for my order, even if there are many cars in front of mine in the morning. I don't get the same above and beyond service at other locations. The people are kind and friendly. The staff there is beyond amazing and management should be proud to have such wonderful people working there.

For a newer Starbucks, they run way better here than they did across the street. I was always reluctant to go there as I could usually count on part of my order being off. This one has both nice seating options indoors to do work and a patio for the warmer months. It's large inside and fairly quiet.

They are always super friendly at this location. This is the only starbucks where my americano with 3 pumps of carmel and a splash or coconut milk actually tastes the same every time... which is truly appreciated.
Their pick up counter is located right by an exit which is both equally awesome and annoying because of the crowds.

I wish I could have gotten his name but the younger guy working drive thru is ALWAYS so kind and has the best attitude. Totally makes my morning!!! I’ve seen him a couple times and he goes out of his way to have a quick conversation with me while my drink is finishing up being made. Awesome!

The gentleman working the drive through this morning (at their brand new building across the street from the existing location) was absolutely wonderful! Today was the first day their drive through was open and the service was fast, professional and very friendly! It was a great way to start our morning, we will be back! 😊

The staff here are very friendly, and you get the feeling that they're enjoying the conversation with you. Haven't had any problems with orders either. Very pleasant experience.

The new Starbucks in Eden Prairie, MN is nice but it is still going through a shake down like a new ship at sea. This will take time like any great place. One improvement I would recommend is hollow sound or echo abatement. I'm sure this will come with time.

The baristas are great, the other staff members are very Friendly, efficient and always quick to get your order correct.

Great friendly staff, location is good, the SB is big and has lots of space, you can enjoy your coffee inside or outside seating area !!!
