Worked with Zach on getting an electric fireplace for our cabin. He did a fantastic job on digesting all the information from my father in law, mother in law, and wife while my 2 kids were wreaking chaos in the background. Would highly recommend stopping in as they are very informative, patient, and knowledgeable!

We installed our fireplace in the fall of 2022 and had a few problems but all of them met with great customer service, even after our warranty had expired. All of the people we worked with were courteous and went above and beyond the basic level we expected. I would recommend Fireside & Hearth to anyone interested in a fireplace.

Zach from the service area did a Great job Tuning up & cleaning out my Fireside gas fireplace. He was very knowledgeable & explained the process. I was having trouble with my remote the back of it being very sticky and I thought that I would need a new remote but Zach explained it was a film that comes on the remote so he cleaned it up and saved me a lot of money. It was like night & day. Amazing!!!

Totally impressed with their service from start to finish. I put in a request and the email communication to set up the appointment was seamless and quick. The technician who came out to our house (Kevin) was so personable and explained everything that we needed to know and answered questions. Our fireplace looks brand new (so clean!) and is working much more efficiently. We will definitely utilize them in the future and felt the pricing was fair for the quality of service.

They installed my fireplace which I love! Recently, I had them come out and do a clean up and safety check. The appointment was scheduled without much wait time, the technician was super careful about not leaving a mess behind and was friendly and the price was fair.

Fireside was great! They cleaned our fireplace, fixed draft issue and even touched up the paint. Had all the parts on the truck so everything could be done in one visit. Zach was very knowledgeable!

I had a fireplace that was igniting without use of the remote and I was very concerned about leaving my condo for any long periods of time. My serviceman examined and determined the problem was with the remote. He replaced the entire ignition system and my confidence is restored. He completed the usual maintenance services, cleaned and reset the logs, cleaned the glass, and inspected the gas delivery to my unit.

If you need a repair to your fireplace ask for Kevin Secor. Kevin was knowledgable and professional. After explaining my problem he knew exactly what solution was required. In addition, the attention to detail and care he showed while doing the repair stood out the most. He took the time to spray paint the firebox, burner, and grate to the point that it looks brand new. In addition, he cleaned the front glass and removed the soot that built up over the years.

Again, call Fireside and ask for Kevin, he does outstanding work.

We scheduled a maintenance appointment for our Heat & Glo gas fireplace as our unit would intermittently turn off and the switch wouldn't ignite the unit. Noah was prompt and thorough. We had to have a part replaced, the warehouse took a few weeks to get the part. Noah returned and replaced the part and shortly after we noticed black soot forming in the unit. I've found that they are responsive and easy to work with. Noah was knowledgeable and efficient.

Zach cleaned and checked our gas fireplace this afternoon. He called ahead to let us know he was on his way. The cleaning process took about 30 minutes. Zach was polite, thorough and careful.

Fireside was very easy to deal with. The gentleman that came to measure the opening and look at the gas hookup was on time and very professional. The installers were also on time, efficient and informative. Our new gas fireplace looks great, heats wonderfully and it is exactly what we anticipated (no surprises, which is good!). This is our third fireplace installed by Fireside.

My house was built in 1953 with no fireplace. I wanted to install a wood burning fireplace. It was a challenge to retrofit a wood burner into my house, but Fireside made it happen. The office staff and installers were courteous, professional, and highly skilled. Now I have an attractive and EPA certified efficient wood burning fireplace. Love it!

Most gas fireplaces installed in the Twin Cities are Fireside's house brand. Another company said we'd have to replace ours, at a huge cost. But I called Fireside Hearth and they sent a wonderful serviceman, Kevin, who cleaned and repaired ours. Very affordable, tested and adjusted everything, repainted some of the high-temp parts, and finished the job in one visit for a very, very low cost. Total pros.

concrete drilling was strange and caused needless damage to the foam layer on my foundation. I am so grateful that the company sent out Jeff to take a look and take pictures. Jeff was a great explainer and a great listener. the stove is beautiful and the overall experience was great.
