Corner Home Medical-Corporate Office (No Retail)

Had to go in to the HQ/warehouse at 4:30 on a Friday as I needed a new power cord for my CPAP. Luckily for me, Caitlin was able to find the right one for my machine! Thank you, Caitlin, I’m really looking forward to being able to sleep again!

Ron at the Fridley, MN, store was amazing! He helped us both find ideal for us chairs. He was patient and knowledgeable. Carol checked us out efficiently and pleasantly, too. GOOD PEOPLE!

Corner Home medical is by far the best supply company that I have had the pleasure of working with. Their customer service is unbelieving. Very service centric, always willing to help to figure out the best need for those that they service. This positive experience is not just for one department but in all of them. I highly recommend them for all your needs. If they can do it, they will. Erin Ourada has been such a tremendous help for my supplies and services needs. She is so knowledgeable, helpful and goes beyond measures to meet customer needs.

I know of someone who had a great experience working with Zach at the New Hope office. Her experience with him was extremely helpful. She feels that he went above and beyond to give her resources to handle her questions. He was always available to listen, patient, knowledgeable, and willing to help her get her problem solved. She also felt the general customer service in the New Hope office was professional and helpful.

After the run-around our insurance company gave us, a young man named, Rashad, was able to fix us right up. In spite of the hassle, he got things done for us. Sorry it took almost a month to leave this review.

We were in a desperate situation to check out and purchase a power wheelchair; a hospital bed, transfer chair, bed table, and many other medical supplies in the same day. The Rehab specialist we needed to speak with was in Red Wing; and there was nobody available on a Friday to help us.

I had no idea how to go about purchasing medical supplies or where to turn. We needed to get the long list purchased for cash and delivered by the following business day. I was connected with Brian Larson at the Corporate Office who is not in rehab or an account representative. He heard out my emergency situation; put together a couple sample chairs for us to check out, and patiently advised us on each medical device that we might need.

Working through lunch ( we know because we saw it delivered and he continued to work with us at least 1 1/2 hours after) Brian physically brought out each item for us to inspect and helped us make an informed decisions. On top of that, he put new adapter piece on her manual wheelchair that instantly made it more comfortable and adapted to our family member personally. Shocked no one in rehab had suggested it!! Because of the short time frame and the immediate need; Brian agreed to come in on the weekend to make sure the power chair was ready in time.

This level of customer service was extraordinary! Now that I know the system, I know that we would have had to make an appointment for the following week, at the convenience of a Rehab Representative and would not have had opportunity to have options to test. I cannot say enough about the compassion, the professionalism, the care that staff took to help us in our crisis. Lori Arneson, was helping Brian, together they set us up with all the necessary items our loved one needed. It was such a positive and pleasurable experience. I can't imagine working with anyone else!

Mitch, the Rehab specialist contacted me and consulted by phone making appropriate recommendations on the chair; and made himself available if there were any questions or concerns. I really feel like that staff in different departments assisted Mitch, who was unavailable in person, but made every effort to help us achieve our needs in our crisis. I cannot Thank them enough for their going above and beyond to help us, and I would recommend Corner Home Medical for any and all medical supplies! They know the business and products that we weren't aware existed.

Lindsay, C is a great Staff. I called about an order sent by my Doctor over a week ago she promised to work on it with other team.
The next day she called me back and had it all done for me and made an appointment for me to go get them.
She is a great access to your company. I wish all your employees are like Lindsay.

I can't help but write a review about this place. My mom's wheelchair needed to be adjusted and Mike from the Golden Valley store (who was also awesome) sent us over here to see if they could help. Joe came right out from the back and came out to the car to pull out the wheelchair, took it in while we waited and came out. It was perfectly adjusted in 5 minutes. He said no charge. I tried very, very hard to give him $20 for his kindness and he wouldn't take it. Well at least I can give him a good review and say thank you! So nice to find people like him in this world. Thank you Joe (and also the lady at the front desk was super nice). Made our day! Would refer anyone to Corner Home Medical!

Corner Home Medical has been an improvement over my prior DME company, and the major difference has been with the quality and competency of their staff. Erin Ourada has been managing my account and providing me with supplies for several years now. Her assistance with securing the items I need and ensuring their smooth and efficient delivery to my home has made life much easier.

I needed a small rubber bumper for the foot rest assembly of my mothers wheelchair. The wheelchair company only sells through distributors so I couldn't get it online. I called Randy at Corner Home Medical and he said they don't normally sell the small part, but he would check with his shop guy and get back to me.
He called later and said they found the part in their shop, and he left it for me to pick up at the front desk, no charge! I really felt that was going above and beyond to go through that leg work and calling me back for a part that that he wasn't even going to charge me for. Thank you Randy!

My husband Charlie has been a customer for many years. The last year has been great service. We get his c-pap, nebulizer, and oxygen supply from CHM. All it takes is one call to Lori and he is set. Great customer service. Thank for ya you do.

Purchased a Golden lift chair and a Lulmex 3 wheel cruiser at Corner Medical in Woodbury MN
The saleman, Ben and lady in training, were very helpful and fun. Appreciate service people with these qualities. Resulted in feeling comfortable in both large purchases.
