All Seasons Fireplace

We’re first time home owners and decided to redo the fireplace. We felt it was a significant remodel project so tried to get as many quotes as we could. Joe at All Seasons was very reasonable. A little more than some of the competitors but the fireplace itself was more real/authentic. We were going for a more modern look than traditional and went with the Valor L2 linear fireplace based on the size of the space we wanted to heat and the size of the wall where we were installing it. We designed the remodel ourselves, which was a little scary, but Joe and his contractor Chris (Candlewood Carpentry) did a great job bringing it to life. Joe was easy to work with, responsive and made sure we were happy. I’d recommend All Seasons if you’re doing a remodel like this. We are so pleased with the results!

When our four children grew up and left the house, the first home improvement we chose to make was the renovation of our living room, a dark, cold area that we rarely used.

The centerpiece of the dramatic transformation that we sought was our fireplace. In the past, we tried and failed to gather our family around a crackling fire every few years, only to end up lugging smoldering, smoky firewood outside on a scoop shovel into the snow.

Once, a wayward duck made its way down the chimney and seemed to relax as we explained how we would gather it into our arms and carry it outside to its liberation from the soot of the hearth. But the duck soon made its own plan, to fly around our house and terrorize children and parents.

We purchased a replacement glass door and screen with All Seasons. There are so many choices today in styles, colors, etc. They helped us sort through the options and choose exactly what we were looking for.The installer was personable and arrived on time. Installation was done beautifully and the work space was spotless when he left. Got a follow up call from Joe to make sure we were pleased with the outcome. All Seasons has provided us with great service. Last week our gas stove stopped working, just one day after our furnace was on the fritz. While we had to wait several days for furnace repair, Joe, the extremely friendly co-owner of All Seasons, came out that same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided us with a new part within 24 hours.

Nick, Joe and Craig were outstanding! They were able to diagnose the problem with our fireplace accurately, after we had two other companies look at it. They help us select the perfect fireplace to replace our old one and did a great job at the install. They were professional, punctual, tidy and worked with the city inspector to make sure things were done up to code. We'll definitely use them again and highly recommend them!!

We were in the market for a gas fireplace, and we happened upon All Seasons by accident. And we are so glad for that, because our experience with Joe was excellent. From our initial engagement with him in the store through the installation and rebate process (thanks for reminding us about it, Joe!), we had a great experience. Also worth noting: the installers, the electricians/plumbers who are sent to do the dirty work did an great job and had customer service skills, and did not leave a ridiculous mess. Per most contracts, it is not the installers/contractors job to clean up, but I barely had to. Go with Joe, you won't regret it.

I needed help with the remote and controller on my free standing yodel stove. I called in the morning and the owner came to my home in just a few hours and fixed it for me. We had considered moving last year - but we love our house in St. Paul. The only thing missing? A fireplace!! My husband found All Seasons via google search. Joe in the shop was great, and each time I called with a scheduling question (several times), the guys were always polite and helpful. The install was flawless, took maybe 2-3 hours MAX and we could not be happier! It was installed just in time for Christmas - and the whole family was stoked :)
