Garden City Hall

We are preparing to move to another city and I couldn't be more pleased with how helpful every employee has been at city Hall that I've had to interact with. In particular the woman in the building department as well as the man who works in the tax department have been so incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions about forms that I needed to fill out, Always seeming cheerful to answer questions that I had and never making me feel stupid for not knowing the answers or the correct process.

I can definitely say of all of the cities I've lived in the people who work here have been the kindest and the best customer service. Thank you for making Garden City a wonderful place to live!!

Had to pay my water bill, Garden City makes it real nice and easy.

Employees of the city do their best to answers all questions you could possibly ask. City employees are heavily vested in the growth and prosperity of the residents.

Building department folks and tax/treasury employees are great...other departments could use some work (cough cough, police, cough cough)

Not a really nice costumer service. They don’t care about the timing on your location and they don’t wanna help even if they screw it up. They do whatever they want and don’t care about the people

They charge more for garage pick you still late time too take garage too city hall after business hour seems right we have a dpw not doing much

called 3 departments to try to talk to anyone . never got even 1 call back

Last time I checked these employees are paid by our taxes yet they have the biggest attitudes when you go in for service. They need to be reminded that their job is to serve the community they work for. Bad experience

Forces residents to repair sidewalks, yet impossible to drive down garden city streets..... But wait, we can also put in a new parking lot over fixing roads..... Pathetic waste of space and state funds.

Can’t get the city managers city phone number. They don’t give it out
