I'm undergoing a partial home renovation - contractors subcontractor had drywall delivered to my rural home from L&W Supply out of Saginaw. What a wonderful experience; the 2 gentlemen who delivered the drywall were courteous, professional, cognisant of their surroundings and just a delight to have worked with. Super efficient and with my working from home, I'm pretty sensitive to interruptions/disturbances to my routine/day. They took care in handling the drywall, ensuring no damage to the product and were logical/methodical in not causing damage to my home, driveway, etc. Just when you think true customer service is a thing of the past, you encounter people (such as those at L&W Supply - whether answering phones or delivering product) that shows you it's not in the past but thriving in pockets of businesses you just haven't worked with yet.

The guys in the warehouse, John and Rob, did an outstanding job. I rolled right through in less than 30 minutes. Thank you. You guys are awesome!
