Southwestern Michigan Feed

Love this place. They are Very nice with great customer service. I found this place a few months back when I moved this way and I was looking for bulk supplies for my mycology company and they were able to fill just about everything I needed and at half the cost of anywhere else. They are very easy to get along with and they know their business very well. They also have incredible dog food and I had been switching through foods trying to find a no grain food that was right for my American bullies and I finally found it. Also for half the price of anywhere else for the same size bag but alot better quality.

I’ve had great experience with Southwestern Michigan Grain. I go through several thousand pounds of Poultry grower, layer and goat feed per year and haven’t had a single issue. Staff is always friendly and my orders are always on time and ready for me to pick up! Highly recommended!

Excellent feed store. They mill their own feed several times a week. You can't find feed any fresher than that! We run a local chicken farm and our chickens love this feed more than any other. We switched from getting pellets at the big chain stores and couldn't be happier. Their scratch grain is better than any we've seen.

They help you load your feed and are quick at the register. They have feed for basically any animal. The atmosphere in the store is what all feed stores should strive to be. It's old, rustic, original and charming.

Best place for feed for your large farm or your backyard farm. Staff is kind and knowledgeable. GREAT prices. Buy local.

Great pricing on chicken feed and bedding. I also get bird feed/suet cakes here. Pretty cool owner and staff, they help load stuff into your car. Natural ingredients, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my flock.

They make their own Bird seed mix, corn prices are great. Wonderful costumer service. Very nice and helpful..

Great prices for high quality. Our chickens will eat their favorite bits of the feed and leave a good but behind, but we just soak what they leave and then they finish it off.

Outstanding store, the owner took my call when he was busy with customers and still took the time to answer my questions. We went in the very next day and he showed us where the feed was made, how it was processed and packaged, and helped us learn about other feed he had available for our ever-expanding animal herd. We brought the layer feed back to our girls and they went nuts for it, I’m so happy. So thankful to have found this store!! Will definitely be coming back for all our animal feed needs!!

I can’t get over how wonderful Jerry was and so helpful. Showed me their different grains and feeds, took the time and wasn’t pushy or short when I would ask MANY questions. Curtis was always smiling and friendly when loading our car. Just LOVED the whole experience. Will only buy from them from now on. I don’t even mind the drive from Kalamazoo to Lawrence 😀

I drive over an hour to get here and pick up feed for my animals. The senior feed for our horses is the absolute best we have ever used. I highly recommend it over the top brands on the market if you have a senior that is a hard keeper.
