I am writing this review because I just HAVE to give credit where it is due.. I hands down had the best, most pleasant and fulfilling experience at a dispensary I have every had! Let me tell ya why.. Blake; my boy, my brother, (The man the myth the legend) himself was absolutely fantastic! He was very friendly and has a very positive and upbeat personality that honestly made my night. He is quick to tell me everything he could about the products I asked about. Usually I'm asking all the question but, he already had it covered which was frickin awesome sauce bowl and a half. He seriously locked me in as a forever customer. If you go to Levels I promise you will thank me later if you request Blake as your bud tender!! I couldn't be happier with the products he had recommended for me.. Levels has GREAT deals and GREAT customer service. CAUTION IF YOU READ OTHER REVIEWS THAT SPEAK NEGATIVELY OF THE LINE AND OR THE CRAMPEDNESS, DO NOT FEAR BECAUSE THE RENOVATIONS TO LARGE IN THE BUSINESS ARE MOST LIKELY DONE BY THE TIME YOU GET TO READ THIS!!!!!

Staff is so very helpful and willing to talk about what will work for you. Place was busy, short line outside, and I was in and out quickly. Plenty of choices and options, and they're free day to give you their personal recommendations and favorites. Great shopping experience, and I'll be back soon

The price and the quality are amazing. It costs pennies on the dollar to what you'll pay in illinois. They have some of the very best buds I've smoked in my 30 years of daily use. The staff is amazing they're knowledgeable they're friendly their patient it's probably the best customer service of any place I've ever been of any kind. I got to say again the prices are so low and the quality is so fantastic.

This place is AMAZING! Jada was our budtender…and let me tell you, do yourself a favor and request her when you get there! She has a great personality and is VERY knowledgeable on the products! Thanks for taking care of us…White Chocolate says hi! ;)

It was so cool. 1st, I loved the music that played. 2nd, the employees ! The employees were phenomenal! So courteous, so knowledgeable. The product was top notch. The prices were awesome. Great deals. I will be back.

I was just given the most incredible customer service by Crystal, who was working the front desk at the time of my visit. You can go to any of these dispensaries and majority of them are going to have the same products, but I go for customer service and I am now going to be coming here.

I also was in and out pretty quick, the bud tender was very kind who served me and also got me what I needed right away. Thank you.

First time at Levels today and they will have our business from here on out. They were nice and didn't rush us. We got a Oz for $40.00 and since we were new we got a penny grape 🍇 gummy! After we got home we smoked and the weed is 🔥!
So I highly recommend this place!

Our budtender Chad was extremely helpful and friendly. I have worked with him several times and he remembered me from my first visit. He makes sure to ask about preferences and personalize his recommendations. I highly recommend asking for him if you need any assistance or are unsure of what to buy!

Best prices in Southern Michigan, comming from someone in a border state. DH is the main reason why i come back. He's willing to show you all that you want to see without hesitation. Knows his tree. He's even so good he gets other groups to check out what were were looking at... That's pretty good customer service without even trying. Promote this man before he realies he can be a Manger somewhere or he's eventually going to be poached, all the good ones do.... coming from management in the industry for 6 years....

JANUARY 2ND 2024!

I have been to levels numerous times but this time was different. Today around 1:35ish I got called up by Doyle he was super accommodating, friendly and professinal. He offered up some choices I would have never thought of and even compared some others.

The girl at the front was cool as hell and was playing some amazing music during my wait. I also seen some of my previous cannabuds working aswell. It was all the perfect vibe. Morale, energy, ambiance all was superb. This is all what sells and keeps ppl coming back if nobody else says it or has said it I will. I appreciate you Levels and thank you for all you do!!

Great prices bets all around there and always has discounts as well a must go place and great people there to do helpful and kind well how can u not be happy when dealing with what u got there lol..
