PC Gladiator

Called Jeff over the weekend to build my pc with the parts I ordered, brought the parts up to him and he had the build completed the same day. They closed early at 4 but he went out of his way to meet me at the shop Sunday when they’re closed so that I could pickup my pc.
Went above and beyond and pc looks great.

I've been looking into getting my first PC for gamming for a little while now and was listening to friends and people who have some experience. I went in this week thinking I was going to spend at least 2K, I walked out with way more than I need, and only cost a grand. Absolutely recommend PC Gladiator to anyone looking for an honest down to earth experience. Jeff is top notch and you won't go wrong.

Took my touch 24 inch computer in for a new screen.
The owner was very nice and helpful did great work and got it done fast.

PC Gladiator is the BEST computer repair around. My daughter needed a new screen on her MAC Book. The cost was MUCH cheaper than the Apple Store or Best Buy quoted and it was fixed quickly. Highly recommend!!

I‘m not one to leave reviews but my experience today is definitely worthy of one. A good selection of computers, laptops, screens, accessories, and parts whether you are looking for something new or old. It was well worth the hour drive from Rochester to get an older laptop in almost perfect condition at a low and reasonable price with a few accessories thrown in. Staff was VERY nice and welcoming with a good-hearted atmosphere that was immediately apparent upon entering the store. Jeff the owner was very patient and understanding as I spent a little over a half hour looking over some laptops after he let me in the back to look at them. I had a nice conversation with Jeff about various technology after the sale while waiting for a ride and he seemed to be very knowledgeable and fun to talk to. Looking forward to possibly returning periodically if I need anything else. One of the the best computer resale/repair shops in Southeastern Michigan as far as I can tell. HIGHLY recommended!

Jeff was extremely helpful and fair, even tried giving deals to save money on my own end. Very fast, reliable, will definitely come again.

This place is amazing! He is extremely helpful as well as friendly! He will fix or get you in a computer for a great deal! I got used MacBook's for my kids at a great price!

Extremely quick repair of a cracked touch screen on my laptop. I was able to drop it off and pick it up within 48 hours. The touch screen works perfectly. Best Buy was going to have to ship it out and charged much more.

This store does charge a small fee for credit card transactions now so bring cash if you prefer to avoid the fee.

I would highly recommend!

I had a Mac that couldn’t get wifi on it. When I took it to the Mac store, they said they would have to take it to a third party and it would have been a few hundred dollars to replace a wifi card. I drove by this place and I just asked Jeff the owner if he could do it and he said yeah, and for less than $60. It only took a few hours to fix. I was amazing. I’ll be coming back. Attached is the picture of the wifi card I needed to replace.

So I bought a pre-build back during the Pandemic with a 2060 RTX, Well it was about time I upgrade to a 4070ti, Clearly didn't know what I was doing specially with taking out my old PSU. Was ready to come in when The new Case I had bought completly Shattered and was so upset, Litterly the next day after saying I was gonna come in, PC Gladiator gave me a call randomly,and after telling them my Parts are broken, They completely toke care of me. Got me a new Case/Cooler for my CPU and installed my new GPU. They know whats up specially for gamers who don't know what are they are doing, I would reccommend anyone to PC Gladiator, Thank you agian for helping me with my PC needs.

Excellent work. Cleaned my computer and installed something I bought.

Noticed I had a terabyte hardware on the computer unplugged, several missing screws, brought looking like a wiring mess, just a hackjob install that they cleaned and tidied up and got back to a professional installation and look.

Hard to see in pic cause of scratches on the glass but no wires anywhere. Very tidy and organized and clean.

Oh, this was done next day ready for pickup. Other shop I called said 3 to 5 business days. So they also had a fast 1 day turnaround.

Very quick response to email inquiry after hours. Was able to replace a laptop screen in 3 days (estimate was 10 days). Also, was able to do for lower than another highly rated computer repair business by 25-50% of the range estimate of other business. Both said tricky repair and PC Gladiator seems to have a more robust supplier access.

My computer was having a major issue after I moved and these guys solved it no problem. Good customer service and they didn't try to upsell me on anything. Very happy to have my computer back up and running.

Jeff replaced my laptop screen last year in October when I was in a crutch and it was completely fixed and had no issues! I had ANOTHER screen issue in a crutch again and he fixed it! No problem. I came to PC Gladiator based on the good reviews and I have no complaints! Very friendly!.

Had my laptop fixed, same day, great customer service, great price, and even cleaned the screen and keyboard!

I had a water spill on my laptop with little hope that it was salvageable and could not get the monitor to turn on. In less than 24 hours, he was able to get it running again and explain to me the damages to one of my memory ports.

This is my second time visiting and I still have a lot of admiration for the owner and am glad to have a place like this so close to me. Thanks a lot!

Amazing experience with PC Gladiators! Staff was super helpful and didn't try and push on us more than we needed. He also hooked up the PC and took us to a site that showed us how well the processor and graphics card performed against others and what games your device could run and at what quality. On top of selling new machines that they build they also refurbish older ones and sell them at extremely affordable prices. Can't say enough good things about them or recommend them highly enough!
