Taco Bell

I have nothing bad to say about this Taco Bell. I’ve been eating here since I moved to Saginaw 7 years ago and I’ve had my order messed up only once or twice & they were great about fixing it right away (and we’re human, mistakes happen!). Highly recommend, over any other Taco Bell in the area.

Last night we visited taco bell on State Street in Saginaw around 11pm. The new Manger, Arie was amazing. She was patient, helpful, smiling, and complimentary. She noticed little details and complimented her guests on them. There was a couple in front of me that had several special requests. She said she would make their order herself to make sure it was right. It was so refreshing seeing someone treat their customers with such kindness. Please hold on to this gem. She's a keeper ❤

Quick service and as the name mentioned it’s fast food. Unlike the fast food joints where we end up spending 30 mins in drive thru. Good food and cheap price. Must go when you’re drunk and hungry on a Saturday night

Good food at this location. The drive thru customer service was superb! Other fast food drive thru employees are rude and make me feel rushed. I will be back for more good food and superb service.

The food is always pretty good at this taco bell.

Food is always fresh and amazing they seem to always get it right. I do not like that you have to put your order in on the kiosk myself. I know the newer generation is more about this kind of stuff. But that's just my preference.

The staff is friendly and the service is fast the food was good 👍

Rebecca waited on me, and was fantastic. I am healing from dental surgery and wanted some spice today. I went in saying I was going to hard costumer, giving a jokingly warning. They were able to come up with a 5 layer burrito without the wrapper part. And layered it nicely in a bowl thing for me. It was great. It really hit the spot after almost 3 weeks of mushy foods. Thank you.

I mean it's taco bell . You either like it or you don't. I happen to like it a lot.. always served warm and delicious.

I give the employees a lot of props because they put up with a lot. I was here almost a month ago and they were dealing with a huge line and wait times. They all kept their cool. I've worked customer service for over 10 years and some days are just worse than others. I saw people giving the employees a hard time and felt pretty bad. There was a guy who after what I assumed yelled at the employees ran out and almost hit my car and the car in front of me. I had to swerve just for him to miss me. I won't go into detail but he was extremely horrid and entitled so props to whoever worked that night you don't get paid enough to deal with people like that. So good employees not so good customers and this is coming from a customer. I am sick of watching people mistreat fast good workers. They're human beings with real feelings not machines. We are coming out of a pandemic in which it seems no one wants to work and yet they wonder why minimum wage employees can't keep up with demand and are short staffed. If you're reading this maybe try having some compassion because you're never too important to be kind. Everytime I come by I try to leave a good review through a link on my receipt and an employee has never given me a hard time when I am missing something. The food is always warm and tasty. If you don't like the wait maybe you should've left home sooner, packed a lunch or made food at home. These people are providing you a service and most of which was in the middle of a pandemic. Get a grip.

Best customer service here!! This crew came and opened the down for me and my friend in a wheelchair. Ange B cleaned off a table for us, took our order at our table and came back with the food for us. They have greeted everyone at the door with a hello! Was very fast with the food! Seems like they get a lot of regulars and talk to them! Very great customer service!

I wish the drive-thru wouldn't trap you in, but I did end up forgetting my wallet once and told them when I got up to the window and they gave me the food anyway. She said it was already made and they would just have to throw it away. That was absolutely wonderful considering the day I was having. It was absolutely nice of them.

Absolutely great! Mexican pizza was on point & this location rarely forgets items in bag. Now if they could just bring back the chili cheese burrito "chirito" or the taco bowl salad thing I'd be in heaven lol 😆 Yo Quiero Taco bell.... ❤ 🔔

It's one of the better Taco Bell's out there, just be careful during the usual rush times since it's close to the freeway and the mall.

It can get packed both inside and the drive through.

Walked inside the clean and well kept State Street Taco Bell. Ordered a 10 pack of tacos to go. The Manager at the helm was professional and sociably cool. Got 5 hard & 5 soft tacos. Was around $13.69 total for Awesome tasting tacos at home.
Better get 2 boxes because you're going to want to taste another. Don't forget to grab hot sauce on the way out. Might as well get a few chicken and steak chalupas with a salad for a snack later.

I was hoping that one day Taco Bell will bring out some Turkey tacos/ nachos who doesn’t love Turkey . Lol ideas just throwing out there. Taco Bell is great! But can the world pick out something to put on the menu one day. God Bless🙏💯

I love Taco Bell. Angie is awesome. Funny and personable. The place is clean and the food is good what more could you want in a lunch place. I highly recommended you come here. I wish I would have worked here in high school. It seems like a fun place.

Kathy was and is a perfect cashier for drive thru, never fails to smile and grateful for my business. Fast food cashiers need to be like her to make customers come back. Thanks Kathy. ....never change.

Great food, very friendly staff. One of the best restaurants in the Saginaw area. For what ever reason every time we go there are few people there, even though the food and service are great! The fajita can feed two easily, the fajita for two can really feed 4.

The food was fresh and tasty, they were kinda busy but they were prompt and took my order correctly the first time offered sauce and put napkins in the bag I was satisfied
