Showed up last minute before winter fest needing a mount for my dune flag. The service/parts manager had the part I needed. Came out in 0 degrees, installed it himself (even with me telling him he didn’t need to) shook my hand and said I didn’t owe him anything. Tried to pay him for the part and he wouldn’t accept it. I’m over an hour away and I would go back here for anything I need that they carry. Top notch.

Unfortunately, I purchased my machine prior to knowing of Holly Powersports, after being dissatisfied with the dealer I purchased from, I called Holly Powersports which was able to help me out. Both their service and parts departments have been fantastic to work with.

I was shopping around for a kids dirt bike for my oldest son (Turning 5) and after talking with the staff and having all of my questions answered I decided to make a purchase. I can't wait to see the excitement on my sons face when we reveal his new Kayo KMB60 for his birthday. These folks were GREAT to deal with. We had to stop here on our way to a private event because a shipper failed to deliver on time. Holly Powersports had what I needed in stock. They saved the day! It's been many years since I've walked into a dealership that was not about making the sale. Greg, Zack, Connor and James all took the time to show me their facility and tell me about their products, outlook of Holly Powersports and the brands within. Phenomenal customer service!! After not having good service at my local dealer, I contacted Rob and his team and they took care of me from start to finish! My ATV needed service and they went above and beyond for me! I cannot thank them enough!

I was riding my dirt bike when I noticed a few pieces near the rear axle fell off. I gave these guys a call and they immediately gave me lots of help. Conor Tebbe took off the parts I needed from his own bike to give to me. Holly Power sports has excellent service and I will 100% recommend them for any service needed. Any problems in the future I have with my bike I will for sure go to them again for help.

Outstanding customer service by Zack and by Connor ! When I called they gave me all the information that I asked for! Very polite well-knowledgable on all of the machines they carry !! Never had to worry about them not calling me back if I was to leave a message. I highly recommend them if you plan on buying an ATV or side by side or snowmobile! Great selection! Brought my Wife’s Suzuki motorcycle in for service as it wasn’t running right anymore. The service tech got it up and running better than before and Connor was very helpful keeping us informed the whole time. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for service work

Came in while they were closing on a Saturday- they were walking out the door. I needed a flag for my RZR to ride at holly oaks. They took the time to make sure I got what I needed and were friendly as well. Customer service goes a long way with me- especially these days. Highly recommended you visit them.

Awesome place! Stopped in on a Friday looking to purchase a quad. Rob was fantastic said they had some in crates still and to give them a few weeks to get it ready. Got a call the following Wednesday and it was all ready to be picked up! Rob and Kylie were amazing to work with and we will definitely be back in the future!

Stopped in here for the first time recently and couldn’t believe how polite and friendly the whole staff was, it gives you that family vibe that other places used too. Bonus it’s close to the Holly ORV park and they have flags ready for purchase.

Some of the coolest people I’ve ever gotten the opportunity to do business with. I stopped by just to buy a safety flag and a helmet on the way to the orv park. But when I parked I noticed my atv was leaking gas pretty badly on the trailer. I pulled the plastic off the front of the machine and starting working on it in front of the store when either the owner or one of the employees came out. I thought for sure I was getting yelled at for working on my machine in there parking lot while instead they came helped me figure out where the leak was and offered to let me use there tools to fix it quickly.

I was able to just tighten the fuel sending unit and the leak stoped. I ended up buying a helmet a set of eye glasses and a safety flag for 170 dollars.

Honestly a great place and great people 10/10 i recommend.

Would highly recommend buying from them, the entire experience was tremendous! The staff was so knowledgeable and helpful even actually loading my 800 EX into the trailer and straping it down. Will definitely go through them for all my needs. Thanks for everything!
