A&W Restaurant

Huge improvements in quality of food served and cleanliness since my last visit....the owner is a friendly guy who checks on his customers.... the food was crispy fresh and the root beer was ice cold and delicious...two thumbs up AA++++

October 2023 - we came inside to order root beer for the kids. We had two root beer floats and one strawberry shake. Service was quick. The root bear floats were delicious and I highly suggest trying one. They had burgers and fries that looked good.

Always good food and great service.

Have to admit, been awhile since I've been here. Floors are slick, like almost oily. Garbage cans were full, and garbage can containers were pretty nasty to the touch.

That is the best A&W that we have ever been at. The staff was really friendly. The food was excellent. And the place was playing spotless I mean clean.

Fast, friendly and efficient. Beautiful joint. Seems new.

Waited on quickly , did take a bit to get my food . Had a coney dog meal , coney was not what it use to be . Employees were friendly and the place was clean .

We take a leisurely drive out to A&W every couple months and have always encountered wonderful, friendly staffpeople and absolutely delicious food. And, of course, the root beer simply can't be beat. AMAZING!!

The place always brings back fond memories from my childhood when I lived in a small town and the A&w is next to a set of train tracks. As you sat there and ate your chili dog and fries and had a thick frosted cold mug with scooped vanilla ice cream in ice cold root beer in the middle of summer. You thought only of the future and your dreams. Going back there now as an adult, I think about my childhood, the past and those delicious memories and smile as I drink my ice cold A&w root beer float.

Great menu with a lot of options for everyone. Good quality food that doesn't seem like "fast food." Beautiful clean restaurant and awesome service. Almont is lucky to have an A&W!

Car show night is nice. Hopefully it builds up to more cars. Thank you for offering the location and rootbeer!

Great food! Service was a little slow, but otherwise no complaints as our food was hot! I'd much rather wait as long as the food is worth the money!

Almont a&w is the best. Sometimes it may be a little slow because of the long line at dinner/lunch time but it's worth it! I've lived in town 2 years, get it a good amount and never had a order messed up at all. Always nice workers too!

Very clean place inside and out, fast service and excellent food. Loved the root beer float and the corn dog bites. I wish I had one of these closer to home but this was a nice treat passing thru town and I will definitely stop by next time im in the area

Good food

We had a couple double bacon cheeseburgers with fries, root beer and a float (of course). Burgers excellent, fries were so fresh we had to let them cool before eating. The young man working the drive thru was very courteous and happy. We will definitely be coming back for more.

The closest to me is in Almont, and about a 15 mile drive. The entire family enjoys the food and atmosphere. We eat here about once a month. Definitely would recommend.

Drive thru was efficient. Staff friendly. Food was good. Easy road access off m53.

The food here is always exceptional, and today was no exception. We love the old fashioned fountain handle for the fresh root beer, my son was so excited to do it himself. Drive thru was a bit busy, expected at dinnertime, so food was a tiny bit slow, but nothing worth complaining over given the volume of orders they were taking. My cheese curds were perfect, the kids meals were perfect, couldn't have had a better evening. Very glad we decided on here tonight.
