Super satisfied! Kelly, Ken, and Zach have made this homeowner a very happy homeowner!!!
We have been trying to conquer water issues in our home since we moved in 5 years ago. The first company we used took is for a pricey ride and we were not interested in using them again.
Kelly sent Ken and Zach over and they were kind, considerate, thorough and take pride in what they do!
They listened to the history of my water saga, went through my entire system and fixed the issue(s) without having to buy a new conditioner like the previous company tried to sell me.
I now have soft water and couldn't be more thankful for Rainsoft and the crew! Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great experience! Pat came out and repaired our water softner with new piston rod, piston and cleaned the spacers/seals. Very knowledgable, professional and overvall impressed with their service.

Great service! They sent out a repair man within 48 hours and fixed the issue on our softener. Everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly as well as the repair man.

Brian came out and did the water testing, very informative... from what I have read seems like a great system.

Had this system for 15 years. Repair service usually has not been a problem. Today, o one answers the Washington, MI phone. I requested a service call by flling out a form on their web site & never received a response. I also called 1-800-RAINSOFT only to hear a recording telling me to fill out the form that I already filled out! There was no option to speak to a service rep. I finally got in touch w/Rainsoft in Northern MI (Flushing) which is over an hour from my home! I was able to schedule a service call that's almost a week away. This office was very nice, understanding, & helpful. I'm very disappointed that I had to go through all of this just to get help from what was once a very reputable and reliable business. I'm worried for the future of this company and my expensive water treatment system. To not reply or respond to a long-time customer's needs does not make for a happy business relationship. After reading this review, I certainly would not invest in their equipment. I worried for the future of my system.

I finally was able to speak with Rainsoft In Washington Township. Evidently they had internet/phone issues with Comcast for at least 2 days and were unable to conduct business. I am VERY HAPPY to be back with my neighborhood water treatment services. Thank YOU

This is my second Rainsoft. The first one worked fine. The second one leaves rust on everything. Called Rainsoft and they said to regenerate it more often which I did. Still rusty. Called Rainsoft and they came out and charged me a service fee because it was out of warranty. Checked it out and said everything was fine. Nothing wrong with the unit. Still leaves rust on everything. I would never recommend Rainsoft to anyone.
