Biggby Coffee

I love their coffees, you can never go wrong with an iced Caramel mellow latte with whipped cream and Sausage egg bagel.

The women at this store are taught by a great,caring, customers first manager. I never have any complaints when we go here. Not even with the new ladies because they are trained!!!

I stopped going to this location due to the terrible service. However, I tried it recently and will continue to go because of Matthew!! He is super friendly! Always happy!! Very prompt service!Give that guy a raise!!

Very sweet staff & quick. I messed up my order and had to switch a drink from latte to frozen at the window & it was perfectly fine. They were very nice about it & didn't get frustrated with me. This crew is the bomb. I will be back soon.

This place really knows customer service! Your day doesn't always start the way you want but it is amazing how a little kindness and a well made coffee can set your day on the right track. The folks who took my order and served me went out of their way to make my coffee exactly the way I wanted. They made my day!

Love this store. The location is nice and it's right in front of the baseball stadium which offers a amazing view. As a former barista I give the baristas who work here a 5/5 stars. But for the shop it's self the only complaint I have is the area is a tad bit dirty but most of that comes from its size. All the important areas are always clean. It has outdoor seating.

Went thru the drive thru and the barista that helped me was awesome. Coffee was good as usual.

Literally one of the nicest baristas ever!!!! He even let me bug him at the window to add a last minute muffin. I know if probably didn't mean much to him but I truly appreciated his kindness!!!!

First time at Bigby and had no idea what to order. The ladies that were working the drive thru on this day were amazingly nice and helpful! Smiles never left their faces. If I loved in Lansing all the time I would definitely come back on customer service alone.

All I ever order is a large coffee with cream and a coffee cake muffin. Those two items get 5 stars. I don't know anything about the rest of the menu. It might be garbage for all I know.

I was just there (9 AM on 6/9) and the two girls that were working drive thru were amazing!! They were so sweet and made my day!! Give them more money!!

Sunday August 19 we had been at the Lugnuts game and stopped here for a coffee. There was one bistra behind the counter making and serving beverages for the drive thru and lobby. She apologized for the wait and explained an employee had "called off" that day. She was performing her best but was tired and thanked us for our kindness and patience. My concern for her is this: working alone is not good nor safe. Why didn't the owner(s) of this site come alongside to help her with the long shift? Do other Biggby employees ever get asked to come help in a case like this? This young woman deserves a much needed break and a bonus!

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. Coffee is consistently good. The baristas know me by name and can guess what my drink will be before I order it. Love this coffee shop.

Matthew and Maggie are marvelous... greeted me with a smile and excellent coffee! Highly recommend this location!

Love this place! A couple of the employees always know my order, and that is real customer service!!

they're {Staff} very friendly & they will tweek your beverage for you e.g. extra shot of flavoring, when you order a flavored drink(no extra charge), always listing, to pickup your name if you're a regular. and will address you by name whenever your near the counter (ordering or not). allways chitchating , inquiring, as to "how's your day going"? Or saying good morning/afternoon/etc. very sweet people.
True that seating is a bit sparce, but yet I've never witnessed, a lack of a seat or table, when anyone needs one. quite often business people frequent here I've overheard business being transacted, seen people being interviewed for jobs.
Seems as though people very much enjoy this place; as to the whiners talking about botched orders, occasionaly they have new people that haven't quite got the hang of everything just yet. be patient I'm sure that if that they thought back, they could remember a time when they were new at somthing, some where, that they botched somthing, especialy if they were in some sort of similar place, or situation. So stop & think before you gripe, its not the end of the world.

the atmosphere has changed, the new staff, not as friendly, doesn't seem to be all that busy now. But that might be changing now that the weather is getting better?

Mocha always spot on temp wise butter fats are never burned and always a friendly smile! AND a treat for my most loyal partner!
