Discount Tire

I was in dire need of tires after doing a brake job recently. So I called all the places in town and discount tire had the best selection for a 14 inch tire and even had better prices as well. So I stopped in to place an order as most places don't stock 14's. I dealt with two gentlemen who did a great job taking care of me. Told me 2-3 days and we will have your tires in. No lie, very next day 11am I got the call my tires were in. So after work I stopped in and they proceeded to install the new tires only to find out they had 15s not 14s. Long story short when I went back the very next day, they had the 14s as promised, and even made it right before sending me on my way. Keith the store manager is very courteous and professional. So is his well trained staff. Plenty of hands in the garage getting work done. They teamed up to get me back on the road. I was bitter about having to stop in twice but like I said they made me smile when I seen the new treads and whitewalls! Thanks again Discount Tire for living up to your name and for not skimping on the customer service either!

I can not say enough wonderful things about this discount tire. So we came here because it was empty and low expectations. Wow we're we completely blown away. The service was impeccable and selections was vast. We found the perfect tire we needed and it fit into our budget. We did use the mysynchrony car care credit to get 0% interest for 9 months. Seriously a life saver but just the whole experience was simply exemplary. They even gave us a tire credit which I didn't know exists and to top it all off. Each tire comes with a warranty that we didn't have to buy. It just comes with the tire. I highly recommend this place. Highly.

Dan and Keith are awesome. I had bald tires and was only in Monroe visiting. My family said my tires were really bad and concerned about me driving all the way to Sterling Heights Mi. So, i called Discount Tires at 5 minutes to closing. Gave me a price and I said I couldnt afford that. Dan came back with another price and now at 8AM the next morning here I am getting 2 brand new tires put on, balanced for just a few dollars more than I was quoted at a used tired shop in Monroe. Thank you Dan and Keith for making my Charger road worthy again. I AM coming back in a couple weeks to get 2 more new tires. THANK YOU DISCOUNT TIRES!!! You rock!!!!!

They just built this location, and I’d never been here yet. I needed a couple of tires and they gave me a better deal than the other 2 competitors within eyesight, *and* on better tires for less money. Clean, spacious waiting room, Wi-Fi,free drinks (water,coffee) and clean restroom. I’d go here again definitely.
ADDENDUM: I went back to get 2 more tires, and I was on a very tight budget as always. I could only afford 1 tire even though I needed 2. I was paying for it, and for $16 more,they gave me the 4th tire I needed without even asking me. I have NEVER received such customer service -or flat out kindness- on this level EVER in my life. This place is THE place you should go to. Chase and Keith are *the* men.

Never been to a Discount Tire before, decided to try out the new location here in Monroe. Very pleased. I purchased new rims, they had my Hummer done within the hour. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right fit and design that I wanted, they had to be shipped in and arrived next day. I could not be happier!

Arrived for my appointment and Noah helped me right away, no waiting. Andrew came to the lobby asked how I was and how the wait time was and gave me a water . Very nice gentlemen. I'd recommend this place to everyone. Also, good prices

Fast, friendly service. Professional employees that took the time with an elderly woman in front of me asking several questions. Overall, very satisfied with my new tires and maintenance service my car received here.

John at the Monroe location is top notch. I had a new tps installed and the car wouldn't regester it he not only fixed that problem he also fixed a bad valve stem i didn't know i had as well. I will definitely be going back to visit him again

I bought a set of BFG KO2 for my truck but end up having vibration on highway speed and cause TPMS failure, they were able to swap the KO2 to OEM tire for me and fixed all the problem . Thanks to Keith and John helping me out . If you need new tire this discount tire store is the place to go .

These guys and gals have been killing it from the week they opened. Had two of our vehicles tires replaced and serviced there. Prices are competitive if not better and they’re fast, informative, helpful. Thank you ..see you on the next set of 4

Fast service, they got my tires in faster than expected, contacted me to let me know they were in and it was a pleasure to work with the staff in the store.

Excellent customer service! I went it in for a tire repair shortly after they opened and the guy I spoke with was friendly and courteous. He took my keys and I had a seat.

Service was prompt, after the repair, a technician brought my keys back and said I was good to go. He carried the same demeanor as the first guy I spoke with and told me to have a wonderful day on my way out. To be honest you'll be hard pressed to find customer service this good anywhere today, which is why I'm writing this review. I was pleasantly surprised. They even dressed my tires when they were finished. I don't think my experience was a one off type deal either, as others that would come and go were spoken to in the same manner and seemed pleased overall as well, but I can't really speak on their behalf. I never write reviews, but I felt like this interaction warranted one. The place is new and hopefully they keep up the good work.

Absolutely amazing service! Phenomenal people in there, Chase and Gustavo really went above and beyond to get me taken care of, seeing it’s just a few days before Christmas! Will be referring everyone I know out here and exclusively utilizing their services from here on out!
