Hands down a great experience! Called at 8am to see if they had a rear shield in stock and, of course they did! Went in an hour later and dropped my car off. I was met with wonderful customer service from Paul and a couple hours later I had a new rear shield and I was on my way! I will definitely recommend your company to anyone who needs window replacements! Thank you again for the quick and kind service!

Excellent work, and excellent customer service. They take the time to educate you about options and what their work entails. They are fast as well. They replaced the glass for our basement window, and also replaced the rear windshield of my car. I couldn't be happier with the quality I'm glad that they are here in Monroe. Much cheaper than using a big name glass company

These folks are awesome. I had a busted rear tailgate glass on my Chrysler Pacifica. Paul and Scott are friendly, helpful, and professional. My glass was replaced the same day after I stopped by in the morning. The price was reasonable and the work done on time. I highly recommend them.

I broke my glass top to my fish tank. I brought it here and within a day a safer piece of glass now fit perfectly on my tank. It had to have a special cut to accommodate the filter. Looks beautiful. Cost me under $25 to fix. Very nice employees.

Only place I have ever taken windows or screens for repair. The guys are very pleasant and get the repairs done quickly. The prices are fair too! I recommend them to family and friends!!

I ordered two replacement pieces of glass - one for a table top and the other for an old machine. Both pieces of glass were cut and ready the next day! Excellent service and very fair prices!

Zack was super responsive to assess the situation. This morning a maintenance worker ran over a rock when mowing the lawn and it shattered the window of my boyfriend's sliding glass door. Unfortunately there is not a quick fix (We figured, I mean it's shattered and the glass was custom fitted to this door.) but Zack was able to let the maintenance company know that it will be less expensive to replace the entire door than just the window since this will be at the company's expense. Thank you Zack!

One of the mirrored doors broke on our bathroom medicine cabinet. We couldn't find another cabinet the same size, so we brought the door with the broken mirror in. They fixed it just like new and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

Needed a single 1/4" pane for a rush job on an antique interior window. They cut it in 5 minutes while I waited. Price was super cheap. Service was great. Found my glass supplier!
