The only hardware store where a friendly face greets you, and asks if you need help. Whenever I'm overwhelmed in thought on a project gone awry, they are so helpful with knowing appropriate and accessible solutions whilst delivering the tools I need quickly and honestly. I very much respect the approachable learning environment this store fosters with their customers.

Oh, and they are artists at cutting keys! Thanks y'all!

Best hardware in town. Helpful staff, almost always have what I need and the prices are great.

Great staff, friendly and very knowledgeable all around. If they don't have what you're looking for, it would be a first for me. This is also the only place to get a key copied. Unlike big store that have a machine make them, here they do it old school and actually look to see that it matches. They also guarantee their copies. I have had to remake keys from the other places several times and have never had an issue from here.

My favorite hardware. The people that work there are very helpful and I like to support my local small hardware.

Classic small town hardware store. Most things homeowners need are there. Staff is friendly and will try their best to help. Have been there 20+ times and it's always the same high quality of service.

Wonderful, classic hardware. Usually have what I need. The staff is very attentive. Even if they are busy, they seem to always acknowledge anyone who comes through the door or if they are waiting. Full of a great variety of products. Great parking and easy in and out. Great for quick trips rather than having to roam the huge box stores.

Quick and easy trip to pick up exactly what I needed. They had the metric allen key driven socket cap screws I needed. The staff is always helpful as well. If you are in the area and need some specific hardware it is quite convenient. They also have some rentals available. I used to go in quite often when I lived within walking distance and it hasn't changed much since then. It's refreshing to go back in there and immediately get asked "do you need help finding something," rather than having a scavenger hunt in a big box store. Customer service has always been good there.

We went in for some wall mounting screws and some odds and ends. The gentlemen there were quick to offer help finding everything. The place was well staffed. We were able to get in and out super quickly. Very impressed.

If you can't find it anywhere else, they have it

Today I made my first visit. I was greeted by a store employee as soon as I entered the store. He was able to show me exactly where to find what I was looking for. Unfortunately my item turned out to be a specialty item and I purchased it online from the manufacturer. The store appeared to have a good selection, was well stocked, and was very clean.

Surprisingly decent selection considering the size. Offers some rentals of larger items. Prices are decent. The real reason the store shines is the always helpful associates. Always know what you need and where it is in the store. Not to mention willing to listen and offer sound advice.

Customers are always greeted with a smile and most know you by name. THE best service you will find anywhere. I go out of my way to NOT shop the big box stores just to go here. Thanks to all the guys Kurt, Frank, Chuck, Dana, Troy, Tim ,and the owner Dave. You guys go above and beyond for all of your customers.

I love going to this hardware store! Everyone is so friendly and very knowledgeable about everything! I'd much rather go there then to a Home Depot! Prices are little higher but having a neighborhood hardware store is definitely worth it!

This place represents all that is good about small town hardware stores... helpful, friendly staff, the best selection of stainless steel screws and a wide variety of services. Every town needs a good hardware store and this is the model of what it should be.

The staff are knowledgeable, and also friendly. They are willing and able to explain anything you need as far as tools, supplies, and tips for your next project. The store is well stocked.

I am here literally every Saturday. It's my go-to spot for home/garden, tools, screws and bolts for everything projects-related. Dana and staff know their stuff. They even have rentals for log splitting, tile work, carper shampooing, chainsaws, stump grinding and more. They'll show you how to run the equipment you rent, and carry out that 50 lb. sack of lawn fertilizer to your car for you. You might pay 10% more than at a huge corporate-owned store down the road but you'll get 50% better service and personal attention. To me, the convenience of service is worth it!!
