Paul spent lots of time understanding what I wanted made. He made it to my specifications. I had a ring setting that I liked but wanted the opal and diamonds moved into a pendant and a new larger stone put in the ring. He did exactly that. I had put it off before because I didn’t know a jeweler I could trust. I had read so many good reviews about Randazzo Jewelers. It worked out wonderfully. I have many more projects for Paul and am confident he will do a great job. Finding a jeweler I could trust was scary. Paul really made it a fantastic experience and I love the results of his work. So happy to have found Randazzo jewelers!

Outstanding work. We took in a whole bunch of jewelry of my Moms after she passed away. He spent about 2 hours helping us see if we could fix or redesign pieces of jewelry including precious stones and pearls. He helped me design a necklace and bracelet that I will cherish for years. Paul also fixed several broken pieces that needed some TLC. Great pricing, honest and very experienced. I can’t say enough. Thank you Randazzo Jeweler!

They have beautiful jewelry at fair prices. I last visited them to get some repair work done on a necklace and some rings. He does the repair in house it doesn't get sent out. He did a terrific job and the prices are very compatible. During the busy times of the year it takes a bit longer for repair work to get finished but the work is outstanding. Everyone I have talked to in the shop is very nice and knowledgeable. If they don't have the answer they are happy to find out for you. If you don't see what you are looking for in the display case, just ask they will try to find the perfect item for you. Great jewelry shop and we are so lucky to have them in Almont!!!!

Stopped in to find the perfect gift my D-I-L's special birthday & it was there. Can't tell you what it is, because it's 2 weeks away. Had a great time talking jewelry with Paul. He has an excellent selection of vintage jewelry available. I HIGHLY recommend Randazzo Jewelers! Super nice & attentive & my purchase was beautifully gift wrapped.

Love everything about Randazzo Jeweler & highly recommend them for multiple reasons. Their Customer Service is outstanding as is the quality of their workmanship for repairs, their jewelry selection, jewelry repair turn around time & pricing. Over the last couple years I have taken a few very sentimental items to them for repair (including watches, necklaces & rings) & the quality of work has been outstanding, so much so that I cannot even tell where on the item the actual repair was done. There is no doubt in my mind you will be extremely happy with any interaction you have here.

Paul, his family, and his team are all wonderful. Fantastic service, fair prices, and they always have a very nice selection. If they don't have it, they'll try their best to either get it or custom make it. If you're looking for a new jeweler, you just found it.

Randazzo's gives excellent service and quality workmanship. I had my wedding ring repaired and a stone came out a year later and they repaired it again checked all the tips for no charge. I will happily continue to be their customer.

I recently visited Randazzo Jeweler for the first time. My friend needed a clock repaired and thought Randazzos did clock repairs. Unfortunately they no longer do clock repairs, but he took a look at it anyway, giving me some suggestions. While I was there I asked if he could take a look at my wedding ring, just to check the prongs. He found several loose stones in my setting and was very honest about the prongs on the diamond still being good. He said he could tighten the channels on the ring to protect the loose stones and this should last until my prongs need replacing in about 5-10 years. He was not pushy and very nice. I felt very comfortable. My ring was ready in one week and they treated me like I was a regular customer. They have a beautiful selection of fine jewelry, as well. I would definitely return to Randazzos! Thank you!
