Ronny, Dave and Willie were fantastic!! They were on time and instead of having to schedule a second appointment they were able to do everything in one visit.
All 3 of them were friendly, great sense of humor and very professional. Everything was thoroughly explained before and as work was being done.

Mike from Mr. Rooter was very knowledgeable and personable. He initially came to give me an estimate for a water backup sump pump and to bury a discharge line. When he arrived, he corrected misinformation that was told to me by another contractor. My discharge line was already buried and he did not recommend the water backup system because we were getting a whole home generator. He noticed that our sump pump had stopped working ( it was 10 years old) and the well was full of water and about to overflow! He offered to replace it right away. He put in a new pump, same as our previous one, a commercial grade Zohler, fixed some other issues and gave me a discount on top of all of that.
We are having him come back to snake the exterior drain and raise it for our new patio.
I am grateful for the expert advice and thoughtful service! I highly recommend Mr. Rooter!!!

We had a company waterproofing our basement and our main water line came in above the footers through the cinder block. They knicked the line with a jackhammer, water was shooting out from the line and the city came shut off our water. Called Mr Rooter and a guy was in our area, showed up pretty fast. They could do the job but it was Fri around 3pm and they needed a permit. City office was already closed, they couldn't do anything cause of where it was and the codes for our city. Monday came we got the permit and Tuesday morning they were here at 8:30am. We are in Brownstown, traffic is horrible on 94 to 75, so they actually made it here early! Ronney, Travis and Willie were awesome, they were informative, polite, had a sense of humor and a positive attitude with the heat and how far they had to dig. They had an excavator but still had to get in the 10ft hole to loosen the clay, add new pipe etc.
Respected my house and my cats 😁 which were curious of them 😂 Even helped me with an old sprinkler system that didn't work (in the area they were working) and removed the pipe which was pain and ugly being in the front of my house. Great set of workers!
Being without water all weekend, I was so happy they came, on time and were very nice. Fixed the problem by 11:30...then had to wait for inspection and water dept. By 2pm I had running water! Will call if we ever have a problem again! Thank you Ronney, Travis and Willie!!

I recently had some plumbing repairs done at my home, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I called to schedule the appointment, the customer service was exceptional. They were able to fit me in quickly and worked around my schedule.

They fixed a persistent leak in my main water shutter , replaced a faulty valve, and even offered tips on how to maintain my plumbing to avoid future problems.

Mr. Rooter Team (Jason and his apprentice) arrived as scheduled and was very professional. They explained the scenario step by step as they were determined to find the back-up of my basement floor drains. The outcome was very good news. I would recommend the service to family and friends.

This is the second time that we've looked to Mr. Rooter for an issue at our home. This time it was due to a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom, which destroyed the drywall in our kitchen. We had a restoration company take our the damaged drywall, and we initially called a different plumbing company to come out and diagnose the leak. The initial plumber from the different company did absolutely nothing to diagnose the leak. He stared at the plumbing and told me to run the water for a few days until we found the leak and then call him back. I called Mr. Rooter the next morning and Ronny came out. Simply put, he was awesome. He told me he wouldn't leave until we found out where the leak was coming from. He did a number of tests and about 10 minutes he identified it as a leak in the tile upstairs, not the plumbing. Then, since we were returning customers, they didn't even charge us. 100% reccomend Mr. Rooter and Ronny!

I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Rooter. They were fast and friendly! Shane showed up on time and was very professional, he let me know right away what the cost would be. He took care of the job fast and left the area clean! Would use them again!

We had toilet problems and they showed up within two hours after calling on a Saturday. Matt was very friendly and very professional after switching to a few tools he got the job done in a few minutes. And very reasonable price. Will call again if we have problems

Jason A. and his assistant were very nice, courteous, and helpful. They were also warm and welcoming when helping us with our drainage problem. They explained the issues well and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked before they left. They also fixed the kitchen sink pipes which also need snaking. We are forever thankful to Jason A. and the rest of the team at Mr. Rooter! We will recommend people in the future!

Justin from Mr. Rooter did a great job removing our sewer line clog. He arrived first thing in the morning and was quick and courteous. I have used Mr. Rooter before and the service has always been great.

Needed drains snaked and wax ring replaced on toilet. Mr. Rooter was able to come out the same day and within their time frame window. Was very pleased of their explanation of how the work was going to be performed, the cost up front and a quote for future work I had inquired about. Mike D and Hannah were efficient with their work and friendly. I would def use this company again.

Shane arrived at scheduled time on every visit. He was courteous & tolerant when asked questions. He explained everything in terms I could understand. I'm very pleased with the work done & would recommend Mr Rooter to anyone looking for a plumber.

Mr. Rooter sent us a wonderful service technician, named Jeremy to install a new water heater in our home. He was very professional, explained everything he was doing as my husband stayed close by him, and had the entire job done in very short time. We have had no problems with our water heater and appreciate his kindness. We would not only recommend Mr. Rooter, but specifically this professional young man named Jeremy.

We've been dealing with a significant amount of water damage and other various plumbing related issues with our basement for awhile now.

Finally, we were able to hire someone to come and take care of the root issue (which turned out to be a main line blockage that the city caused). The gentleman who showed up: Mike was punctual, polite, and efficient.

Had a great guy, Jeremy Baker, come out to our home. He was friendly, and figured out our plumbing issue quickly. I would strongly recommend Mr Rooter for any emergency or non emergency issues. Thank you Mr Rooter for having such an experienced plumber on staff. Jeremy was wonderful. 5 stars. I loved that I was able to get someone out in a timely manner too!

Robert was excellent with with his customer service and knowledge of the work that needed to be done, he was very upfront with the cost and was able to fix the first drain issue that I had. I then had to call him back out for a tub issue and within a couple hours, everything was said and done and my worries were taken care of definitely would recommend 10 out of 10. Call Mr. Rooter first, they really do take care of you like family.

Austin contacted me prior to the visit as advised arrived on time asset what needed to be done and what my options and started the job. Austin was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful on top of being super fast and sufficient. I have not had any additional issues. I appreciate Austin and Mr Rooter as a company they got the job done after I had called several supposedly 24hrs plumbing companies. Thank you all

My kitchen sink was stopped up - after trying to snake it myself with no results I called RotoRooter. The plumber/tech - Dan Brahm - was really nice. He was knowledgeable. He snaked the line and put all of the pipes back together. He cleaned up the mess and advised me about how to prevent future clogging. All on all - glad I called and glad they sent someone like Dan out.
