Seat n Sleep

We bought our new sectional almost a month ago from a Facebook Friday event. We are very happy with it and appreciated the service we had in the store. I was helped on my first time in by Kellee Davis. She was patient and understanding through all of my questions and indecision. She was knowledgeable about other deals and products that were similar to what we were looking for so that I could compare different options. She gave real advice and opinions on them, instead of pushing like some people in sales tend to do. Unfortunately that day, I couldn’t bring myself to make the decision (but narrowed it down to 2) without my partner being able to check them out with me. We came back later that week to make the decision together. Kellee was off that day, so we were helped by Jeano Williams. He was very friendly and high energy. He was patient with us as we both went back and forth with pros and cons about the sectionals we were deciding between. We ended up coming to a decision and purchasing it that trip. While ringing it up, he was very personable, and we had a nice conversation about a common interest. We ended up having a family member pick it up in-store the next day, and then we put it together ourselves. Luckily, that turned out to be a great decision for us, because it saved us a pretty penny and it was super easy to put together!

I had a great experience in store and with delivery. The store has a lot of various styles of furniture and prices. Delivery guys was polite and when they discovered a problem with the furniture piece they took it back and got one that wasn't damaged. I'll be returning for future furniture purchases.

We got one of the Facebook Friday deals. I LOVE our sectional! The gentleman to assisted us in the purchase was a delight. We left smiling and had it delivered the next day! Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful customer service, and great merchandise. I highly recommend this place if you need to buy new furniture. I think this is the best furniture store I've ever shopped at.

Adam and team are always helpful and not pushy when one is looking to make a purchase. Delivery team is friendly and professional.

Fast service. Had a good selection. Found the recliner rocker that fit the wife perfectly. Had in stock. If we had to wait for an order, it would have been a two or three day wait. They offer Scotch Gard if you want it.

My husband and I found the perfect sectional here. The salesman was very helpful and friendly. They have a large selection to choose from.

Had a great experience with Seat N Sleep. Purchased several items including a couch, love seat and a bed. Adam was super helpful, we had to exchange the bed as it was to firm. He took the time to explain to us the differences and found us a replacement as part of their satisfaction guarantee. Great selection and worth the drive!

Recently got a modular sectional and 2 recliners from here. Jeano was super helpful the whole time. He showed us the around, gave us helpful information, and didn't pressure us at all to make a sale. We bought the recliners right away, but needed more time to think about the sectional. I ended up finding a better deal elsewhere for the sectional, but after talking with Jeano he was able to help is get the same deal at Seat n Sleep! Their customer service was awesome the whole time. Everything was also in stock and got delivered within the week. The guys who delivered and set up the couches were also awesome. I'll definitely continue to come here for my furniture needs 😊 Also, we love all of our new furniture but I highly recommend the mammoth sectional. I've been living on it since it arrived.

Every interaction I have had with this company has been outstanding. Every employee I have spoke to has been nothing short of amazing. In a world where companies have struggled to find good help and continue to grow their brand it’s nice to see such a well oiled machine with seat and sleep. Keep up the good work! I’ll be back!

Had the best experience at Seat n Sleep this weekend. Adam, the owner, was extremely friendly and helpful. He was very honest and never came across as a slimy sales person. He listened, gave us his input, and then allowed us the time to make a decision. There is such a great variety of product in his store…I could spend hours there. Will definitely recommend Adam and his team to friends and family in the future.

Had an amazing experience this weekend, first time buying something from Seat N Sleep. My girlfriend and I were looking for a sectional and they had a sale on their Mammoth sectionals this past weekend. Jeano was the gentleman that helped us, answered all our questions, was patient as we tried out pretty much every sectional in the store. He even took the time to check out photos of the room we were shopping for and come up with the best arrangements for the sectional and the room (the nice thing with the Mammoth is it’s modular and you can add pieces later). We figured out what we wanted and they delivered it SAME day. We had an issue with one of the bolts not threading where the sections lock together and they sent someone out and fixed it for us quickly. Every employee we interacted with was knowledgeable and helpful including the delivery driver. 10/10 I recommend them for any furniture you may need, I will be back!

Went to Sleep N Sleep Tuesday and purchased a mammoth sectional and I wanted to say the service I received was great! Ryan was very informative and was not pushy. I was happy to spend $3500 on all the bells and whistles. They delivered the furniture that evening and even brought another piece just in case I decided to go smaller. You just don’t get that kind of service now a days anymore and i was happy I decided to go there. Best place to get your furniture hands-down. I have to also say the delivery team members were awesome and took great Pride in how they delivered it. Keep up the great work!

We always have a good experience shopping at Seat n Sleep! The staff is there to help with no pressure sales. We purchased a dining room table this weekend and the price was great and the quality of this table is exceptional! We were able to pick it up same day too which is incredible!

I went looking for a new living room group and checked out 4 different furniture stores. Seat n Sleep was the best of all the stores. Great Customer Service! You don't get bombarded when you walk through the doors. There are, however, very knowledgeable staff who will help guide you and give you product information if you need it. I appreciated the honesty from my salesperson about specific items that probably wouldn't work well for me and my family. Everything is reasonably priced and great quality. I LOVE that most of the items you can take with you the same day if you choose to opt out of delivery. I do believe they offer same day local delivery as well. The staff was very knowledgeable about their payment and finance options as well, which is a rarity in the furniture sales industry, in my experience. I was very pleased with my experience and my furniture, and would definitely recommend Seat n Sleep to my friends and family.

I took a chance on a business 2 1/2 hours from my home that I have never been to. From the start of ordering over the phone, I was presented with patience and kind service. When we got to the store to pick up my sectional there were only friendly faces and amazing service! I was nervous about buying a couch I had not seen in person and they were kind enough to show me the floor model without me asking and were very informative about it. I will definitely be returning in the future and recommending to all my friends! I used to dread going to furniture stores as they had all been very pushy and not personable, but Seat N Sleep has really changed my mind on that!
