Patrick installed a new water heater the same afternoon I called. No price gouging, sales tactics, or unnecessary bells and whistles. Excellent guest in the home and I will be using PM for any future needs.

My husband and I own a business and have used Patrick both for commercial and home projects. He is professional, always on time (even early), honest, knowledgeable about plumbing and mechanical and thoroughly explains everything about the job, step by step. We have referred him to our customers and family and they have had positive experiences as well. We are fortunate to have found Patrick at PM Plumbing and will continue to use his services in the future.

Patrick did a great job of not only unclogging a very clogged pipe but also fixing some of the less than desirable piping under the sink. He seemed very knowledgeable but be was also very friendly. He was prompt and called when he was on his way. Most important, he took the time to put down drop cloths and clean up after himself and took pride in ensuring everything was left the way it was with no messes. His price was very reasonable. Need more than 5 stars. Called PM to proactively replace my 17 y.o. water heater. Patrick was prompt, professional and replaced my water heater within a few days of me calling. (I suspect, had it been an emergency, he would have handled even more quickly.) Great service and a reasonable price. Will definitely be using again.

Saw this company when looking for the best in my city. i have him a call and explained that I was trying to get ky mom's plumbing looked at but not as an emergency. We made an appointment for a week later early. He was there between the half hour window he stated. Here's the kicker. He looked at everything I asked for and additional items. He told me that nothing needed to be fixed, and explained what was happening and why. He explained how to work with the issues, which really weren't issues at all. When it was all said and done, he didn't recommend doing anything. He charged a minimal $59 fee for coming out and nothing needed to be fixed. He easily could have told me a bunch of things needed to be fixed, and I wouldn't have known any better, but he didn't. That's honestly and integrity. He will be getting all of my future business, and my recommendation to friends.

Patrick came out and repaired my toilet on short notice even though it was snowing like crazy outside and the road conditions were less than optimal. He did a quick and fantastic job! A good and honest guy, I would definitely recommend him for your plumbing needs!

PM plumbing did a great job! Patrick was responsive and punctual. He replaced my garbage disposal and had to snake a drain pipe clogged with doggie hair. He cleaned up and gave me tips on what not to put down the drain. Costs were very reasonable. I have used him for other plumbing needs in the past. Pat goes out of his way to take care of his costumers. Very honest and respectful! I would recommend him to anyone. Made a trip to replace a specialty part for us the day of our appointment. Great pricing! He was not only on time, but he offered us an opening the day before we were scheduled. Worth every penny!

Called for a garbage disposal replacement and Patrick was able to come out and get it done within a day. He was quick and efficient on the job, and very friendly. I highly recommend his services.

I called PM Plumbing to have my main water valves replaced and they coordinated with the city DPW to shut the water off and was able to get my water meter updated at the same time. Very professional, arrived on time and the work only took 1 hour from water off to water on. I highly recommend PM Plumbing.

Such an amazing guy, gave me tips on how to keep my bath tub looking like it’s brand new and took the time to explain what was wrong with the pipe. I will be calling again for future repair needs, he is very honest and speaks clearly and you can tell he knows what he’s talking about.

Amazing service! I called to get a plumber out to our home to install a new hot water heater, among other things, and they had availability the very next day.
