Macy's

Easy parking. Macy's is huge and have 3 side parking lots, with 1 door directly inside the mall. Meridian Mall usually closes early, while Macy's will stay open for longer.

Always clean, most of time organized. You can buy from toys, shoes, make up, clothing, jewelry, hand bags, kitchenware, accessories, etc.

Plenty of selections, variety of price ranges. Now Macy's offers a decent size of Backstage area. Basically it is a Outlet store inside Macy's, marked all in blue.

Staff are generally nice. Just remember some of them are sales person. It is their job to sell you something.

Unique & fun experience! Mom and daughter makeovers at the MAC counter with Mason. Making memories to last. Daughter thanked me for taking her & her friend for days after with a huge smile.

Awesome, don't know who checked me out, again didn't get the young man's name but he was amazing! No one helped me in jewelry. The sales there are amazing. I will be back for Christmas shopping thanks to the young man that checked me out.

Working with Beatrice is always a pleasure as she efficiently and smilingly assisted me to order a size that was not available in the store today, as well as helping me locate a top in a particular color to go well with a skort from my closet.

Probably the best Macy's I've been to besides the one at Somerset and various ones in Chicago. Even though Meridian Mall is dying out this is still a very impressive Macy's location. Their selection of Ralph Lauren clothing is spectacular, their fragrance salesman Rick (I think that's his name? He's the guy whose been there for 40 years) was super knowledgeable and non pushy and all the others sales staff have been so friendly and kind and helpful. Our Macy's back home in Wisconsin is a depressing afterthought, this store does it right and I will continue to patronize whenever I visit east lansing!

Everything was for sale at drastically reduced prices when I shopped! I got a very nice duvet cover in exactly the right colors for 75% off! A friend got a suit for 80% off. Great time to shop if you need something!

Mason (at the Mac beauty store) was phenomenal! Not only did I purchase lots of lipsticks in trendy colors, I learned about color theory, while he made my face glamorous for an evening with friends. Thanks, Mason, for sharing you wisdom and wonderful energy!

Lucy at the makeup counter is awesome!!! She took lots of time to help me pick out what was right for me. The clearance deals are great.

Debra from the Coach Department was amazing! She was super knowledgeable and very fun to shop with; I ended up purchasing three beautiful new Coach handbags that I absolutely LOVE!!! She was super professional too. She put all of the bags in dustbags and gave me some great tips! When I am in Lansing, I will never shop anywhere else for Coach, but at this Macy's and with Debra. Love this location!!

The Macys store is located in the meridian mall. There is a direct entrance for this store from outside as well as from the inside of the mall. The store is big. spacious and well organized. The store looked a bit different from the other macys stores.

Love Macys. I went on there to find a Tommy Hilfiger suitcase that they use to sell. Unfortunately they don’t sell the hard cover cases anymore so I bought from Amazon 😕

What a great store! The staff is smiling (through their masks) & really kind! I went looking for Jeans. Before going, I checked online and they were the same price as other stores in the area. What I didn't expect was a huge jean selection! Their dressing rooms are still closed so heads up on that!
