We suddenly ran out of hot water, and our water heater’s repairs were way outside of our expertise. We called Sigma Pro Thursday night and Friday early afternoon Paul showed up to help us. He diagnosed the problem and got it fixed immediately and for a fair price! I would absolutely call Sigma again, and you should too if you want a trustworthy, diligent plumber to help you.

Edit: I should add that he, himself ran to the store to get our new water heater. Before picking it up, he checked to confirm we wanted that one. He then brought it back for us and quickly installed it. All in all, Paul made this whole, worrisome thing a stress-free experience! We all know this kind of thing can be anything but :)

Paul is an expert at what he does and we appreciate how helpful he is. We had an issue with our sump pump and Paul had shown up to our home within 30 minutes of calling. He did a great job on replacement of a sump pump along with adding a water powered backup. Installed a faucet, garbage disposal, and water filter in new basement sink. And also replaced an old saddle valve with new T-Connector. Would definitely use him again.

I met Paul at home depot where he advised me on a mix valve for a delta shower. At that time, he gave me his card since I ask about replacing my 3 defective toilets. I called Paul, he came out and gave me a reasonable estimate and replaced the 3 toilet within a few days. I can now see why he has so many 5 star reviews. Very honest and professional.

Paul was really professional, he is the only one who refused to give an estimate over the phone told me he has to come and check it by himself and give a accurate estimate unlike other plumbers I contacted, that was very reassuring for not having a surprise additional charges, beside that he is responding to all my questions, he installed new sink , faucet, garbage disposal , organizing the whole pipes mess I had under my old sink. He was honest , reasonably price, I would be glad definitely to hire him again for any future project and I would recommend him to any body who need plumbing

This was my first experience with Sigma Pro Plumbing and Paul. Our primary sump pump went out and I called him at 8am on a Thursday. He arrived at my house before 8:30am with the necessary parts. He took his time and explained what the issue was and offered advice on our current setup. He was never pressuring or aggressive, but instead very welcoming and helpful. By far the best plumber and at the best price with out a doubt. Paul is an honest and hard working man who is very professional and kind. During an emergency situation late in the night Paul not only answered his phone but walked us through how to contain the problem for the time being (water heater exploded from the bottom causing a flood in the basement). He came in the following day and within an hour or two he replaced the old broken water boiler and installed a brand new one. I would and will continue to highly recommend going to him for any plumbing needs.
